1) What is Muffet's Tea Cup?
Muffet's Tea Cup is a (very) niche alternative to Muffet's Pet. For the full card reveal see "4) The card".

2) Why is Muffet's Tea Cup healthy for the game?
Muffet's Pet is seeing a lot of play. Especially in Librarian decks. Adding an alternative opens up the possibility to either reduce your deck cost average by 0.12G (yes, saving 3G on a single slot is a lot!) or to even include both of them against certain deck archtypes like patience stall or other decks that run Fire Trap and Pyrope.

3) Balancing thoughts
Muffet's Tea Cup is not overpowered while being a 2G kill effect. This comes from the many downsides the card brings with it.
3.1) Advantages
- It costs way less than Muffet's Pet
- Targeting is not random
- Is situationally better than Scarf Mouse/other silences because dead targets cannot be recovered by Asriel/Heal while achieving a similar goal.
3.2) Disadvantages
- There are only a few 0 ATK monsters in the game
- If you own a 0 ATK monster and your opponent doesn't you cannot play Muffet's Tea Cup without killing your own monster
- It has less HP than Muffet's Pet
- Not a real disadvantage, but a note: 0 ATK monster can already be consistently destroyed with Madjick (not by chance like Muffet's Pet)

5) In case of complaints
If you still think Muffet's Tea Cup is way too strong, just make it 1/2 instead of 2/2 or raise its cost from 2G to 3G.
