1. even if granted, what you say about categories has little bearing on debates about psychometrics or demographics. We can still litigate in a way people are aware of because the subjectivity of the categories doesnt matter really. Societies have risen, coalitions have won, and between group judgments are examined without any of this actually slowing them down

2. that said, nothing given actually has any relevance to the debates as it revolves around traits nobody actually cares about and dont affect how we construct our society to anywhere near the extent of IQ and group dynamics.
