Crystal route with Return and new Kanto movement

The differences from the old route are listed here. Standard strats remain in the route unless otherwise noted.

The "Etherless route" works best under the following conditions, in order of importance:
- Double 12s at Lv. 6
- 13 Attack at Lv. 6
- Out of Potions when entering Union Cave
- 11 Defense at Lv. 5
- 12-15 DV Speed
- 9-11 DV Speed
- 4-6 DV Speed
- You didn't catch a Poliwag on Route 30

ROUTE 30
- Always kill a second Poliwag with 14 Defense at Lv. 7, or with both 13 Attack at Lv. 6 and 11-12 Speed at Lv. 7. Favor killing it with one of Attack/Speed.

UNION CAVE
- Pick up the X Attack
	(Etherless route: Don't pick it up)

AZALEA TOWN/SLOWPOKE WELL
- Sell TM31, then buy 2 Potions, 4 Super Potions, 7 Repels and 3 Antidotes
	(Etherless route: Change Potions to 3 and Antidotes to 2)
- Pick up the Full Heal AFTER shopping; use to heal confusion/sleep as necessary
- Pick up the Super Potion

AZALEA GYM
- If you have 75+ extra experience, fight either the Paras trainer or the Caterpie/Weedle trainer
- Use 1-2 Potions or a Super Potion before Rival 2 (and an Antidote if Kakuna poisoned you)

ILEX FOREST
- Before entering, repel four tiles before the guard's sprite (unless you need a Cut slave)
- Skip the Revive, and take the north path to move Farfetch'd
- Repel + teach and use Cut on the tile before the Cut bush
- Pick up the hidden Full Heal unless you have the one from Azalea AND your Przcureberry
- Don't pick up the X Attack
- Pick up the hidden Super Potion if you have 0-4 healing items (or 5 with bad stats)
- The third repel will last you through all of the Route 34 grass

GOLDENROD CITY
- Get Kenya before first spinner hell pass
- Use normal strats until you reach the mart after getting the Squirtbottle
	(Etherless route: Fight Donald and Teru in the underground after getting the Squirtbottle)
- Shopping:
	> 5F: Sell TM45, then buy TM33
	> 3F: Buy 1 X Speed and 2 X Special (2 X Speed if you have 13-15 DV Speed and hit only Ivan)
		(Etherless route: Buy 1 X Speed, 1 X Special and 2 X Attack (2 X Speed if you have 13-15 DV and hit Ivan+Benny))
	> 2F: Buy 5 Escape Ropes, 2 Full Heals and 1 Poke Doll (6 Escape Ropes OR 3 Full Heals if hit Irwin or hit Ivan+Benny)
		(Etherless route: Same, but 6 Escape Ropes if you hit Irwin; can't afford 3 Full Heals)
- Double deposit in the Goldenrod center (triple deposit if all slaves died), switch Croconaw to slot 1 on the first menu on Route 34, then progress to Ecruteak

ECRUTEAK CITY
- Need 4 Headbutt HP after the Kimono Girls
- Skip the mart after the girls unless you have 0-2 healing items, in which case buy 7 Super Potions
- Don't pick up the hidden Hyper Potion
- Need 8 Headbutt+Surf PP after Morty (at least 4 must be Surfs; 6 if need to Surf Growlithes)

OLIVINE CITY
- Buy 14 Super Repels and as many Hyper Potions/Paralyz Heals/Awakenings as needed. You don't need Paralyz Heals or Awakenings unless you have 0-1 Full Heals
- Teach Strength on the Kaylee pause buffer menu if you have 0-2 Headbutt PP
- Do the rest of the game until Rocket Hideout as normal

ROCKET HIDEOUT
- Don't pick up the Guard Spec.
- Use normal PP management from here until the end of Radio Tower 1, including coupling the Ether and Escape Rope menus in the Lighthouse
	(Etherless route: Don't pick up the Ether)

GOLDENROD CITY
- Do Radio Tower 1 immediately, then bike back to the center and use it. Then go to the mart
	(Etherless route: Use the center before Radio Tower 1, then do the shopping below, but always buy 5 X Specials and don't buy Calciums. Alternatively, if you have enough money ($7500 with perfect stats and Guard Spec. Karen, $9550 with normal buy), you can buy 2 Calciums.)
- Shopping:
	> 5F: Get Return TM
	> 4F: Buy 3 Calcium
	> 3F: Buy 4 X Special, 8-11 X Attack, 2 X Accuracy, 1 Guard Spec., 1 X Speed (no X Speed if you bought 2 on first trip; 2 X Speed and buy before X Special if <13 DV Speed)
		(Buy 5 X Special if will be Lv. 39 for Rival 4, or Lv. 40 and have Bitter Berry + bad Attack)
- Upon exiting, use 3 Calciums, teach Return over Bite, and bike (from the menu) to the underground
	(Etherless route: Don't teach Return yet)

RADIO TOWER 1
- Use normal PP management

	> Equip the Pink Bow
	> Teach HM06 and HM07 to Poliwag
- COOLTRAINER 1: Strength x3
- COOLTRAINER 2: Return x2
- COOLTRAINER 3: Return x3
- COOLTRAINER 4: Return, IP
- CLAIR: IP x3, Return x2
- If you get a terrible first range (<48% dmg) on Kingdra, consider using an X Attack before the second one to avoid heal range.

VICTORY ROAD
- Don't get EQ
- RIVAL 5: X Special, Return, Surf, IP, Surf, IP, Return
	(If Lv. 48 for Golbat: Return, Surf, IP+Return, IP, Surf, Return)

ELITE FOUR
- WILL: X Special, Surf, IP, Return, Return x2-3, Surf
- KOGA: X Special, X Accuracy, Surf x3, Return x2, IP
	(Don't X Acc if Ariados used Giga Drain or you have <80 HP)
- BRUNO: X Attack x2, Return x4, IP
- KAREN: X Special, X Accuracy if Sand-Attacked, Surf x2, IP, Surf x3
	(Gengar can survive and use Spite. If this happens and you're left with 2 Surf PP, use an X Attack on Murkrow so you can Return it and Houndoom. If you're left with 3 Surf PP, Ice Punch Murkrow.)

- If you're out of Surfs on Lance, use IP on Aerodactyl and Return on Charizard

- Fly to Cerulean, enter and exit the gym, and bike up to Nugget Bridge as normal

- TRAINER 2: Surf x2
- TRAINER 3: Return x2 (IP, Return with 13 Attack at 6)
- TRAINER 4: Strength x3
- TRAINER 5: Return
- TRAINER 6: Strength x3
- TRAINER 7: Strength
- After the cutscene, Fly to Saffron and bike to the Celadon Gym

CELADON GYM
- TWINS: Return x2 (Strength, Return if Returning Exeggutor)
- PICNICKER: IP (Return with 152+ Attack, usually 14-15 DV)
- BEAUTY: Strength x3
- ERIKA: IP, Return, X Attack, Return x2
- After exiting, Fly to Cerulean and enter the gym

CERULEAN GYM
- Pick up the Machine Part as normal
- MISTY: X Attack, Return x4 (finish Lapras with Return)
- After exiting, bike to the Power Plant

ROUTE 9/10
- After the Power Plant, Fly to Saffron and enter the gym

SAFFRON GYM
- If you hit the spinner, Strength x2
- To skip second spinner: Up, Left, Down, Down
- SABRINA: Return x3
- After exiting, bike to Lavender Tower and talk to the guy as normal
- If you hit Tom, Surf x3
- Fly to Vermilion and enter the gym

VERMILION CITY
- GENTLEMAN: Return x2 (use Strength or IP if you'll out of Returns)
- SURGE: Surf x2, Return, Surf x2
- After exiting, bike to Snorlax. Use a Super Repel and wake Snorlax as normal
- Bike through the cave to the Pewter Gym

PEWTER GYM
- CAMPER: Surf (if you hit Tom, IP; if you have perfect Attack, or good Attack and Lv. 59, Return)
- BROCK: Surf x4, IP (if you hit Tom, IP the Graveler and the Onix)
- After exiting, bike south to Cinnabar Island
- Pick up the Max Ether in Viridian Forest
- Use one Super Repel in Viridian Forest and another on Cinnabar Island
- Use your Max Ether on Return on the second Super Repel menu

CINNABAR ISLAND
- Bike east to Blaine's gym
- BLAINE: Surf, Strength, Surf
- After exiting, Surf east to Fuchsia and enter the gym

FUCHSIA GYM
- JANINE: Return x5
- After exiting, Fly to Viridian and enter the gym

VIRIDIAN GYM
- BLUE: (X Speed), X Attack x2, Return, (X Attack), Return x4, Surf
- After exiting, Fly to Pallet Town and talk to Oak

PALLET TOWN
- After talking to Oak, use a Super Repel, then Fly to Viridian and bike to Mt. Silver

MT. SILVER
- Heal on the second Super Repel menu as normal
- RED: Guard Spec., X Speed, X Attack x2, Strength, Return x9
