  102. [02:12:12] Pushing back off the stone pillar, the boy turns to his chieftess, "Valmasia has been scared stiff since our last raid on them, and I have been inching for a proper battle..." He gives the man a bored looking glance, focus returning to Izel, his half-lidded eyes taking him in, "I want the slave. Tomorrow night, myself and the loud-mouthed warrior will fight.""I'll need some time to prepare for it."He looks southward again. "And I've told him that he'll be begging for mercy," his thin, straight lips curve into a grin, "So, that'll happen."

How fun...Little Faustus is going to play the hero~" Biting down on her bottom lip, Izel leans forwards to watch the interaction with peaked curiousity."I love nothing more than to see a good fight for a good reason! How...Exciting~ You better win Faustus, or I'll lose all respect for you!"Oooh, the stakes were high!

  114. [02:24:09] Ixcotl had fixed his ice-cold gaze onto Faustus who had seemed to be a bit too confident, mostly because his leader's presence."You seem to be a bit over-confident. You stand no chance. You'll be nothing but a practice doll." - he spoke with great confidence as he touched the apex of his jaw."I'm really itching to go right now, you know? I can't just walk out after being provoked that much." - he added ontop of his previous sentence as he cracked his neckbones lightly, all the while tightening his grip over his blade's hilt.Ixcotl was clearly itching to go at it right now, and teach the child a lesson.He was infuriated. First Alizeh had disobeyed him and took off, then some random kid challenged him. And then there was also Izel's smug attitude, which just kept adding fuel to the fire.At this point, if he wasn't on the Cruxati's lands, he would've sent some heads flying by now. However, he knew that he should at the very least wait for Ezel to arrive before taking action.

A girn slowly crawled across Xomac's face as a vine moved from his shoulder to his back, pricking him slightly as he took a few steps forwards. "How about this? You guys can fight then if I don't beat him right now? I came along on this trip to get some damn ointment for my hands and I'm about up to here with waiting because of the blistering pain. What about it Ixcotl? do you have the time to duke it out right now, or would fighitng tomorrow against Faustus sound like a better idea?"

  125. [02:25:00] "Tomorrow," he once again stated, folding his arms over his chest. Overconfident might be a word for it; Faustus didn't seem afraid of the greatsword-wielding warrior. "That's when it'll be. I need to prepare."

  159. [02:27:34] The boy yawns, seemingly unimpressed as he pats his mouth, before taking a few steps back to stand by Izel's side.

  163. [02:27:34] "CAN YOU BOTH SIMPLY SHUT THE FUCK UP?!" Ezel roared, lightning surging through his body, raging around like a wild fire, threatening to burn anything and everything that came in their way.Though he made sure to not damage the temple.Izel was fucking scary.

A slight glowing power would be felt as he focused for a moment before calling out."Spirits. GIVE YOUR VESSEL STRENGTH! LETS STRIKE DOWN THIS ONE AND DO BATTLE!"Without further interuption the warchief of the Cruxati would have already started forwards, moving towards the form of Ixcotl before anyone could stop him.

He grew a black coat of fur, as well as a pair of humungous fangs."Grghh-.." - he snarled in a malevolent manner, proceeding onto releasing a nerve-wrecking roar which had echoed throughout the temple.He cracked his neckbones lightly and had sent a single upward nod towards Xomac before lunging himself towards him, essentially engaging in combat.

  225. [02:46:20] Moxotl felt, more than anything, powerlessness. She was no fighter - she had spent her life healing people and speaking to them. At least in Gehenna, words almost always gave way to action. In time, perhaps, her words would have just as much power as Ixcotl or Xomac's blows - or perhaps she would become a fighter - but as of yet, it seemed, she would idly watch while others fought.She felt like a coward, but she knew it would have been foolish to try to fight against Ixcotl. She was only willing to do so if it had been Alizeh fighting on her own - if she had truly wanted freedom for Alizeh, would she not have been willing to fight, regardless of the threat or of the danger of the action?Whatever the right thing to do had been, it seemed that the result was decided for her. She yearned so much for the ability to decide the result.Is this why both lesser and greater men lost themselves in pursuit of power?

  235. [02:53:10] Ixcotl was a beast. Both mentally and physically. He looked like one in his war-form, fought like one, and even thought like one.Ixcotl's movements were a blur; they were quick, precise and covert. Each movement was nimble and purposeful. He spent no time getting to the bottom of this.He rained a barrge of swift, precise attacks upon Xomac. However, despite being so quick, neither of the attacks lacked in actual strength. Each strike that connected had sent Xomac staggering backwards. And yet, Ixcotl was somewhat holding off, since he really didn't want to damage the temple.. Izel did kind of spook him.At some point, Ixcotl at last had drawn his sword, which according to the Jian he had gotten it from, was called "Dragon's Maw".As soon as he had drawn his sword, without a prior's notice, he seemingly vanished out of existence, essentially disappearing from Xomac's line of fight.He moved at an astonishing speed, to the point where Xomac's eyes couldn't follow.Shortly after having seemingly disappeared, he re-appeared right next to Xomac, and with a quick, snappy movement, he had sliced his leg off."Next-...grgh.." - he muttered under his breath, although it was just loud enough for the others to hear.The way he talked, though, sounded more like a mix of awkward voices and snarls than an actual word - he had a bit of trouble talking in his current form.

  238. [03:00:00] The boy's expression shifted into something of momentary horror, wide-eyed and surprised that Ixcotl would take it so far. "--He needs help, immediately," Faustus is quick to say, pointing out the obvious, a sudden sense of fear gripping him.

  240. [03:00:00] Xomac's blood fell onto the floor of the temple as his leg flew off. The black haired man hissed, spat and screeched as blood began to come from the wound inflicted from the battle. His entire body shook with pain, but there was a more fearsome danger. The fact that if that wound didn't get sealed off he was likely to die from shock.The War chieftian would take no time. rather quickly his mouth moved to his bandaged hands, tearing off the white cloth and exposing them to all in the area. They didn't even look like hands, more like purlish, pinkish mashed up skin and bone sticking out various odd ways they weren't supposed to. Vines seemed to be keeping various fingers from bending the wrong ways, but they quickly moved, causing for more screeches as instead the nature moved to the now severed limb.It wouldn't take him long to move into the process. His hands, though ugly and malformed as they were now, started to generate fire magic. IT was uncontrolled, setting parts of the skin alight as the man would bring the flame to the stump that was now his leg. Despite all the pain however tears did not fall from his eyes."Damn it. I need to get stronger.." The man mumbled as he took a flamethrower to his own leg, HOWLING in pain as he set about sealing the wound. At least Ixcotl seemed to have taken their focus off the Warchief for now, allowing him to begin the process of mending his own wounds.Soon after his breath would grow shaky. The wound would be sealed but very soon after the golden energy around the War chieftian faded and he fell onto his back.   245. [03:04:16] While her harassment with Faustus was fun, her eyes now fell upon her temple. Things were disorderly, carpets were singed. Stone was cracked, people were cowering, and Izel? Well, Izel had just about -enough- of it. Clicking her tongue, the fire basins began to crackle with sparks, the flames spittering-- Only to roar with new found vigor. "What was that sound...?"The temple trembled underfoot, and thte moment she lay eyes on the sight of Ixcotl's actions-- Something snapped. "What...Did you just do to my Warrior...?" The room grew still, errily so. The fallen bricks began to rise from the floor, the fires around the temple's expanse twisted and flickered; as if they tried to push their way out of the metal prison. "You've broken the rules....You've made a BIG mistake..."The ground shook as the temple itself seem to shudder with rage. This had been unacceptable action, to physically HARM someone in a fight like this? A scream erupted through the room, echoing, bouncing off the walls, and amplifying into a choir of rage. The source?Izel herself."WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY WARRIOR?! YOU FILTHY CREATURE!" Gripping tightly at her staff, swinging it around her form, the weapon is pointed towards the offender. "You have broken the agreement set by all THREE tribes, beast! You are not to seriously INJUR another Gehennan without cause. THIS IS NOT CAUSE FOR SUCH INJURIES!"Slamming the blunt of the staff into the stone, watching it crack under pressure, glowing eyes of yellow now stare at Ixcotl's form. "Lay down your weapon, beast, before I rip your arms off in the process..."

  250. [03:10:14] Ixmara glared at the warrior who had harmed his War Chief. He lurked, not doing anything--but waiting. His arm shook against the pommel of his blade. The weakened War Chief, hands still healing from a previous attack, fought off an attack in their temple that wracked through the temple hall. His purpose to Izel was quickly forgotten. Ixmara wished he would be the one to do the punishing. But he had learned of Izel's wrath from others, and seeing her rage first hand had kept him in the corner. But if the warrior should lay a hand on his Chieftess...then it would be unforgivable." He made his way over to Xomac, picking up his bleeding, unconcious body with a grunt. His fur coated in the Chief's blood, he quickly leapt away from where the Chieftess and Warrior stood in preparation of combat. He did not want him harmed in the ensuing chaos. He glares at the warrior, "Shouldn't have done that..." He mutters, "Izma will eat your cooked flesh by sundown. This one promise."

  252. [03:11:05] All of this had been her fault, hadn't it?She had chosen to bring Alizeh here, to seek the protection of Izel. She could have just let Alizeh run away and face whatever foolish doom she may seek, but she had instead chose this path. Though she could never have foreseen this conclusion - the Warchief suffering such a drastic injury to Ixcotl (and a gruesome one at that - she was not accustomed to violence like this).Now, in rage, Izel shook the temple with her voice, her rage reverberating through every stone that Moxotl could touch. She felt the gravity of her actions, and the actions she had witnessed - of the words she spoke, and of the words she heard.What little power she had, she felt that she squandered.She needed to do better, but for now, all she could do was watch. She needed to change.

  254. [03:11:05] Ixmara Coanya whispers: You. This one thinks you know something. Might this one inform Ixma of how this happened?
  255. [03:11:56] The boy had gathered himself since the initial moment of shock, and his resolve had found himself as he straightened to stand by the Chieftess. His hand comes forward, a sudden chill in the air around him with his fingers coating in frost, contrasting against the heat of Izel.Faustus gave a firm nod of his head, his honey-eyes staring down the berserker, "We will apprehend him immediately, and inform the two other tribes."

  258. [03:12:48] Ixmara Coanya whispers: Then the War Chief fought well. For Chieftess law. For Alizeh?
  259. [03:12:48] Alizeh says, "Hnnghhh...."

  261. [03:13:39] Moxotl whispers something.
  262. [03:14:30] Ixma looks over to Moxotl in question, carrying Xomac down to the bed and setting him down on the simple cloth. He takes out a small cloth, dipping it in a nearby water and taking it over the War Chief. His wet cloth cleans his wounds, washing and keeping it from getting more infected. He would soon pull the covers over him and make his way over to Moxotl. He begins whispering, listening to her, before replying harshly.

[03:14:30] The feline figure had began to transform to his somewhat more humane-form, realizing that he'll have to talk this out, preferably.Fighting the Cruxati's chieftain would by all means be a very, very bad idea. He could tell.However, he couldn't show a hint of fear, therefore he kept up his act.Ixcotl had darted his gaze onto Izel as he bursted into laughter. He laughed and laughed, in a rather creepy manner. His laughter, echoing throughout the temple."For no cause? You provoked me to no ends. You tried to take my property from me. You tried to steal from me!" - he exclaimed, seemingly getting irritated with Izel's attitude more and more.Who'd she think she is? Rules? Xomac was a warrior. A honed-warrior, despite him having lost, Ixcotl respected him as a warrior; A warrior that gets into a fight should be ready for the consequences, at all times. And Izel at this point was looking down on her own warrior, pitying him, worrying about him. Xomac needed no such things."This warrior knew excatly what he was stepping into. At the moment, all you're doing is disrespecting him. He needs not your help, he can take care of himself." - he spoke, pausing for a brief moment to cast a single nod, essentially re-affirming his own words, before continuing; "I didn't force him into this fight, he fought me willingly. Respect your warrior's wishes." - he added ontop of his previous statement, following up with a brief cackle.Ixcotl realized th

  280. [03:17:04] Faustus goes silent, gritting his teeth with a pointed glare focused in on Ixcolt. He awaits his Chieftess's orders.

  282. [03:17:04] Ixcotl says, "This is all your fault, you know.."
  283. [03:17:04] Loud noises, the sound of what was cackling flames, what was likely to be screaming.. Xomac was certainly missing a lot from being knocked out. The grey hues slightly fluttered, but the man hadn't yet fully come to consiousness. No, instead he would have limply been moved by Ixmara, unbandaged hands bleeding and still scorched from the flames that he had used in the battle.Wouldn't this be a story to retell later when he woke up? Most likely. Knocked out body out.
