  1. Please read the following carefully, as it contains the legal license for all games made by NGS:

  3. Prefix
  4. User refers to the person under license, otherwise known as the licensee.
  5. Owner refers to Nuvarna Game Studios (NGS), otherwise known as the licencor, or owner
  6.  
  7. 1.) User Agreement
  8. By downloading and playing one of our games, you acknowledge that you have read, and understand this license, and that you
  9. agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to be bound by this license, you must delete any NGS games you have possession
  10. of.

  12. 2.) Copyright
  13. NGS retains all rights and ownership of it's games, content, story, scripts, and any other custom content created by NGS.
  14. Enterbrain retains all right and ownership of the RPG Maker Vx Ace program, the RPG Maker Vx Ace RTP, and all content
  15. contained within these two programs.
  16. dotPDN, LLC retains all rights and ownership of the paint.net program, all program files, code, and all other content within
  17. the program.
  18. Lee Reid retains all rights and ownership of the MuSink program, all content, program files, code, and all other content
  19. within the program.

  21. 3.) License Terms and Conditions
  22. NGS authorizes the holder of this license to play and or possess any game made by NGS, provided that they do not violate
  23. these terms and conditions:

  25. A.) The user may not, under any circumstance, modify any NGS game.
  26. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to decrypt the game archive, decrypting the game archive, or modifying
  27. the contents of the game archive.
  28. B.) The user may not, under any circumstances, remove any content from the game, add any content, or change any file names
  29. in any way.
  30. This includes, but is not limited to, removing content from the game folder, adding new content to the game folder, and
  31. changing the file names within the game folder.
  32. C.) The User may not host our games, in any way, without the express written consent of NGS.
  33. This includes, but is not limited to, links in blogs, file sharing, file hosting, or any other way of providing a copy of
  34. any NGS game.
  35. C.2) In the event that written consent to host an NGS game is given, the consent applies only to the agreed upon website,
  36. and consent does not allow the user to post the game file everywhere they please.
  37. C.3) Users possessing written consent to host a NGS Game may not charge visitors for access to any NGS game, demand the
  38. to fill out a survey, or impose any other kind of access restriction.
  39.  
  40. 4.) Termination
  41. The user may, at any time, terminate this license agreement by removing all NGS games from their device, and deleting
  42. all files, logs, and other content that came with the game file.
  43. This includes, but is not limited to, save data, music files, system cache, or any other files connected to a NGS game.
  44. B.) NGS may, at any time, terminate this license agreement by email, letter, or other means, for any reason, and without
  45. notice.
  46. In this event, the user must comply with the termination protocol, by removing all NGS games from their device, and
  47. deleting all files, logs, and other content that came with the game file.
