Ice design:

-Snow white hair
-Light blue eyes, almost silver
-Usually always happy with a bright smile
-ice shards that can form from his back and float behind him
-Ice like halo (his crown) floats above his head, snow falling off of the end it is tilted to
-Long jacket that touched the ground most likely, thick fur around the neck and cuffs
-Vest, pants, and slip on like shoes under the coat
-gloves of some sort
-wears a scarf if he doesn't have a jacket on
-Can control ice at will as long as his halo is still upon his head
-Elf like ears
