Server Idea

Event idea; put everybody in a place where the only choice is being peaceful. Attempting murder or mass genocide of this very good, crime-less utopia gets you thrown into prison and beat to death
But it means you have to be peaceful, or maybe give characters a role in it
Maybe you're trying to be the middle ground in a piece treaty between the government and the rebels
Side with  the rebels, and you create a more free town, but crime rates start to rise and people, having never experienced so much freedom, take an inch and make a mile out of it
Side with the government, and you create a perfectly function, timeless utopia, where nobody is free at all and people do their jobs and live their lives, but with no fears, no troubles, no thought.
Make a moral dilemma out of it, and it'll be more interested. Make people involved and forced to make choices because nobody else will, and somebody has to be the one to fuck over one side of the other
Forces even the most high powered people to drop down onto the same level as the low powered ones
In a realistic setting, is anyone okay with another guy just getting shot in the face? If everyone is working for their good, then except for the extremists, blasting somebody without a second thought would more than likely leading to both sides disliking you
Then you fuck yourself
And nobody can be blamed but you
That's why you have to set rules, and punishments
Murder a rebel, and you better expect the entirety of the rebels to go against you, regardless of your reasoning behind it, cause 'HOLY SHIT YOU JUST MURDERED THAT DUDE
Attack the ultra-powerful reigning government alone and be thrown into the ocean with concrete shoes
