Yellow Trash

It had been many years since the last time we heard from Ranma Saotome and many things had changed since, as the patched up state of the Tendo Dojo and the sound of a new generation of teenagers inhabiting could attest.

That in itself could be seen as less of a change and more of natural conclusion to Ranma's story, even if you'd probably expect the Dojo's patching up to be less noticeable, to anyone who had known of his adventures and the many hijinks involving him...if it wasn't for a few detail.

Anyone who knew the events that had rocked Nerima in the decades priors, ever since a red haired martial artist had appeared alongside a Panda at the Tendo household, would be quite shocked to see the mother of his children had turned out to be Nabiki Tendo, instead of her much more involved sister, Akane.

Now how this came to be was a tale of its own, involving a less than successful attempt at growing up from the usual suspects, a particularly intense need for attention and a lot of hormones.

But that isn't the only thing they'd be shocked by, despite the surprising choice of spouse Ranma ended up with, Ranma and Nabiki were both attractive people living in close proximity after all and couples had been created for less.
Once over that, any bystander would quickly find themselves bewildered at how the years had affected the couple. Nobody would have expected them to ever end up quite so...trashy.

They were assuredly still themselves but there was now a sloppiness to the way Nabiki conducted her schemes while lounging around the house that wasn't as noticeable before and Ranma carried himself in a manner much more fitting for the Lotario he was accused of being in his younger days. (This sucks, need better description for the trashyness, doesn't even fit the kind of trashy they are supposed to be)
