  3. PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: Warning: please please for the love of god PLEASE take everything written below with a huge grain of salt. 110. ---------
  111.
  112. Speedplans of things I really want to at least try starting/continuing in 2015:
  113.
  114. Tooie:
  115. -LOW%: Hoping to go back to this extremely soon, had a lot of fun with routing and doing a few runs of it half a year ago but haven’t had a good decent chunk of time to dedicate to it. The biggest roadblock I’m currently facing is putting a good few hours just into learning how to turn a fucking camera.
  116.
  117. -ALL PUZZLES: Gonna see if I can get myself to route this once AGDQ submissions are over. Basically is an idea I had ever since DCW was discovered, it’s a way to give a purpose to getting 70 jiggies but still doing dcw and avoiding having to live with TOT because it’s fucking garbage. You do all of the puzzles including the last bonus puzzle after unlocking Cauldron Keep and then fighting Hag 1. I think it’ll be cooler than “Any% no DCW” once it’s routed out because in addition of the possibility of getting clockwork eggs earlier then intended would allow Klungo 2 to be skipped, possibly doing JRL in one trip by doing a bit of rerouting and replacing the Hatch Jiggy, among other things I can’t really think of off the top of my head.
  118.
  119. Nuts and Bolts:
  120. -ANY%: Sub 2 Xbox 360 RTA by the end of the year is my main goal. I am pretty optimistic about 1:55 being possible. Gonna try to slowly derust myself over the next month, learn the new gathering route and get back into it late September/early October.
  121. Ultimately I’ll be 100% satisfied with any% if I get a run that has no major mistakes AND does not reset a single mission. BUT honestly I feel like I’d tear my hair out trying so who knows if I’ll ever bother. The biggest issue is that one fucking Spring Bounce in Terrarium 1, you know the one, is inconsistent as hell and I could not imagine how much I’d want to break my 360 if I got up to that point without resetting only to fucking mess up a spring bounce because of how bullshit a trick it is. Fuck spring bounce seriously.
  122. Super Smash Bros 64:
  123. -KIRBY CLASSIC 3-STOCK NORMAL: Sub 7 minutes by the end of this year is a goal, I just need to motivate myself since it’s WAAAAY overdue. It’s definitely possible and shouldn’t be too hard for me to do, have been on sub 7 minute pace before and honestly I wanted this goal to be achieved by the end of last year but life happened. Maybe once I get back into Nuts and Bolts I’ll get back into this, since the two games seems to go together in my speedplans like bread and butter =)
  124.
  125. Shantae: Risky’s Revenge:
  126. -100%: looking/looked into a bunch of rerouting stuff and having fun in general with it. Gonna try for sub 1:30 at least. Don’t plan on really learning the quick kills though so we’ll see how far I can or care to push myself
  127.
  128. Sonic CD 2011:
  129. -SONIC GOOD FUTURE: Learned it for Golden’s 12 hour speedrun challenge, and it was SO much fun, although it’s pretty fucking hard too. Might try to see if I can learn some of the harder stuff before I go back to it. Also, I wanna look into seeing if there’s anywhere that needs to be rerouted, I already noticed that the record doesn’t get a speed shoe box in Collision Chaos Act 2 by going back to the present, I feel like there’s more too. Current goal is Sub 20 minutes in-game time, then we’ll see if I care enough to push it down more.
  130. Shantae: Half-Genie Hero
  131. -I never understood why someone would decide upon running a game before it came out or before they ever played it. I still don’t totally 100% understand why but this game has made speedrunning it pretty damn convincing. Whenever it comes out as long as it doesn’t get too much in the way with other speedplans I’m putting some serious gameplay time into it on stream and there’s a good chance I’ll run it too. The biggest dent in this plan is the fact that Wayforward doesn’t like to announce release dates until a week or two before they come out so I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes out at one of the worst possible times. It’s supposed to come out this year, so here’s hoping it doesn’t come out until at least late October –Early November.
  132.
  133.
  134. Other categories of games I already run and am considering learning/routing/going back to one day:
  135. Tooie:
  136. -ANY% Will go back to this someday, I would like to go for 44 at least. There’s just a lot of other things I’d rather run right now, even in Tooie. Although I’m not looking forward to spending time learning how to turn a fucking camera =| Also if no one else bothers I’ll probably consider doing a tutorial on it one day.
  137.
  138. -BOSS RUSH: Basically it’s just go through and beat all the bosses. Seems like a fun little thing to do for a short while. Would also be good practice when/if I ever learn 100%.
  139.
  140. -Other categories I’d like to route out/learn but don’t really care to explain what or why I want to do them at the moment because that’d be a bunch more typing and boo to that. A bunch of stuffs though, lots of routing fun to be had (hopefully). Don’t worry, when the time comes I will make another pastebin no one will read to answer questions left for these catagories I’m pulling out my ass.
  141.
  142. Nuts and Bolts:
  143. -131 JIGGY: This game has 131 jiggies and unlike both Kazooie and Tooie everything else takes up a lot of time to go out of your way to get. A good example is the Jinjo missions, every jinjo you find besides the hub world you have to do some random mission in order to collect a bingo coin. They aren’t long, but there’s 3-4 jinjos spread out of the way in almost every act (some like Nutty Acres 1 have only 1-2) so considering there’s 6 acts of each world besides Spiral Mountain that adds up to a LOT of time. Also, I can spare a Trophy Thomas in this category unlike 100% which means I don’t have to do the Saucer of Peril Mission in Terrarium perfectly. The biggest obstacle is that it’ll take forever to route, MUCH worse than Nuts and Bolts any% so don’t expect it for a while, was planning on doing it after SGDQ when I first wrote this up in March but life happened, don’t expect it until next year at least honestly =|
  144.
  145. -KLUNGO%: This side category would be to unlock all of the Klungo Arcade minigames and then play through them all. Don’t know how many jiggies you need to unlock them all but I’m pretty sure it’s under 30 at least so I’d guess the run would be in the hour range?
  146.
  147. -DLC%: This is basically half autoscroller. So obviously it’s BARRELS of fun. Was gonna put this into “fucking dropped” but the community (and by that I mean it was mostly my decision … Scykoh was more like “w/e sure go ahead” about it lol) will now be tracking ingame time so that there’s no gap between 360 and xbone versions due to loading screens. So I feel stupid leaving this up there as valid when I don’t have in-game time listed as well. Whenever I go back to it I’ll go for sub 50 RTA then drop it. Shouldn’t be too hard aside from Klungo minigame =| FAQ on DLC%: http://pastebin.com/KGhD2HmP
  148.
  149. Shantae Risky’s Revenge
  150. -EITHER ANY% NO OOB OR ALL MAGIC SEALS: DevlJoe did a few no oob runs way back when but no one else did it because they didn’t wanna deal with a 4 minute auto scroller iirc. Personally I don’t really mind the autoscroller TOO much but at the same time I kind of feel I do? Or I would? What All Magic Seals would be is just, do all 3 of the dungeons then wrong warp to the final boss. I feel like it would be better as a whole to the community as a middle ground between any% and 100% though. It’s not just entirely based around knowing how to do 1 stupid-hard trick like any% is, but at the same time isn’t full of backtracking/grinding/going out of your way to collect all the jams/buy all the items like 100% is. At the same time though my issue with All Magic Seals is it would skip the sidequest of getting all the squid babies and getting Mermaid Bubble. Although truth be told I don’t know if most people would care. I don’t know it’s not really high priority right now though because I actually am really enjoying 100% and don’t plan to switch soon.
  151.
  152. Super Smash Bros. 64
  153. -another character 3-stock classic normal- Most likely Pikachu because he was my other main way back in smash 64.
  154. -All characters Classic 3-Stock Normal: it’d be cool to learn them all and is a personal goal to do this one day for the funzies, then just do all characters together as a single segment. Idk it’d be fun
  155.
  156. -KIRBY CLASSIC VERY EASY MODE: see below
  157.
  158. -KIRBY CLASSIC VERY HARD MODE: I wouldn’t do either of these categories until after I do every character in 3-stock and get times in them I’m satisfied with, although I feel like I’d only care to push Kirby and Pikachu times down far.
  159.
  160. Almost definite new games that I want to try learning someday. Expect at least 1 of these to become a main speedgame someday (Don’t hold your breath on it happening anytime soon though):
  161.
  162. Super Mario Galaxy 2:
  163. -ANY%: One of my favorite games ever. When I start to learn this game you’ll know because before I start learning I plan on doing a 242 star race with friends in order to re-familiarize myself with the game. And no I don’t want to semiblind race any part of this game before I intend to start learning it, because this way the wait will be more worth it for me… and I guess the audience too?s-
  164.
  165. Kirby’s Return To Dreamland:
  166. -100%: an extremely fun game, idk I’d just really love to speedrun it. I wouldn’t do any% because all it is is get fire power then use that to fly over everything, kind of boring. The only thing I’d be kind of on the fence about is there’s a dumb strat in World 5 that involves sucking up two or more enemies so the Power Mix roulette happens then you have to time a button press. Blech I hate precise timing so I don’t know if I’ll bother learning that specifically it’s only 30 seconds faster anyways.
  167.
  168. Sonic Generations:
  169. -ANY%: Definitely one of the best Sonic games and I’ve said I’ve wanted to learn this for a long while. There’s gonna be a lot of issues trying to learn this game though. For starters learning the IL’s seems extremely daunting, just something about all of the multiple pathways and it being a 2D game and if you accidently go down the wrong path you can’t exactly go back the right way just scares me a bit when learning. Mostly because it feels like it’s gonna take forever to remember the route. That, and compared to most other games there’s very few resources to learn the game, especially for the glitches involved. While yes I don’t have to do the glitches in order to run through the game I would rather learn all the fastest strats and glitches before I do runs then wait on it. Just a personal thing.
  170.
  171. The World Ends with You:
  172. -I’m not sure if I’d do regular old any% or if there would be some new game + Journal% type thingy I’d do but regardless, once I get a 3DS capture card (however long from now that’ll be) This almost definitely would be the first game I’d look into. This is another one of my favorite games ever and has really cool battle mechanics do I’d love to do runs of it. But I wouldn’t wanna do it without being able to stream it, doing runs of things isn’t as fun offline to me.
  173.
  174. MegaMan Powered Up:
  175. -NORMAL MODE: I used to love the shit out of this game on the PSP, has a shit ton of replayability, multiple difficulties, multiple side missions and the ability to play as all of the original Robot Masters and also Roll and Protoman, it’s such a good remake of the original Mega Man game holy shit. If I were to do this I’d definitely do something like “Normal Mode only” or something because I’ve seen “Any%” where they change the difficulty for the intro mission to normal and the rest is on easy mode, and idk that feels kind of ridiculous to change the difficulty mid-run instead of just sticking with one difficulty the entire run. I’d probably consider running all the characters except maybe Oil Man (ugh he’s such a pain to play with) but the ones I’d probably wanna play the most would be Roll, Cutman, and Time Man, because those were the funnest to me. Also the biggest obstacle in between me and running this game besides the irl shit and wanting to focus on the games I know already is the fact that my PSP has been a brick for years and I lost my memory card a while ago (luckily, all my psp data is backed up). I might look into fixing the psp and replacing the card one day but right now I’m too poor/cheap/busy/lazy to bother putting time into figuring out how to fix/replace it.
  176.
  177. Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town
  178. -The thing that's stopping me the most is there's really no good way to make a decent category for this. There are plenty of objectives to do in the game yes but the potentially good ones are bogged down with some complete bullshit. An idea I had was to do all house upgrades and cottages but unfortunately one of the fucking cottages requires you to be married for 50 ingame YEARS and the other cottage requires connecting to AWL. An idea that a streamer named G_heinz brought up was getting the Jewels of Truth but unfortunately for one of the gems you need to unlock the cottage that you need to be married 50 years for. I'd rather not do any goals like Marriage% or anything requiring heavy mining because both I feel are pretty minimal in terms of what you'd do, especially doing a goal that's just mining.
  179.
  180. If you have any other ideas of good categories please let me know and be my hero. I made a post about it on Speedrun.com if you wanna post there (http://www.speedrun.com/hm/thread/4biky) or just tweet me or something idk
  181.
  182.
  183.
  184. Middle zone, future games I’m considering as sidegames at least:
  185.
  186. Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse:
  187. -Pirate Mode 100% or whatever category gets the best ending: Because fuck going for less than the best son! Anyways yeah at first I wasn’t really thinking I’d be interested in speedrunning this then I played through it and I was like WOW this game was so fucking fun I’d love to play this over and over. Then I noticed Pirate Mode was a thing and I was like holy shit this is sick. So yeah, that’s my reasoning. Pirate Mode gives you all the weapons from the beginning so it’s really cool cuz you can do a lot of skips and kill enemies quickly and such.
  188.
  189. Sonic 06:
  190. -SILVER’S STORY NO MSG: I originally was going to put this as a future main game but I feel I’ve put it lower priority, but not low enough where it might not happen. IDK it’s a bit lower tier for now but I might consider wanting to main game it one day. ANYWAYS yeah this game looks pretty fun to run and I was gonna learn it around Fall 2014 but the glitches turned me off at the time because I wasn’t in the mood to learn another hard to learn game after dealing with both Nuts and Bolts and Tooie Any% (now known as no DCW). They do seem inconsistent as well which is an issue. From what I’ve heard Silver’s Story is the hardest of the 3 but at the same time it’s the only version I’d really want to learn because it seems the coolest due to the Psychokenesis shit in it, so just my luck lol.
  191.
  192. Bloodrayne Betrayal
  193. -ANY% NG+: Really fun game, played it a while ago and I loved it and Wayforward’s the shit.
  194.
  195. Super Mario Bros. 2 (Either NES, SNES, or Super Mario Advance versions):
  196. -WARPLESS: My favorite 2D Mario next to SMW, I’ve just really loved being able to choose between 4 different playstyles. I feel like I’d lean towards Advance version because it was the first version I played and more importantly I always loved the stupid voices, idk I guess I’m just a sucker for bad voice acting ;) My biggest grief with learning 2 is that the run demands you play as Toad for most of the run because he’s the fastest character. Toad’s really boring to me I only liked playing as WEEGEE and Peachy. Of course, I could just do what I’ve seen http://www.twitch.tv/whitman_price_/ doing runs of (Princess% lol) but idk I’d rather do all the stages and I’d feel a bit weird making up categories of games I don’t even run, especially if I did this with SMA lol
  197.
  198. Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty’s Revenge:
  199. -100%: It was a fun game, while not as good as the n64 versions it’s pretty fun in its own right. I’ve watched some people do runs of the game a while back and it seemed like a pretty fun and relaxing speedrun. I would do 100% over any% because any% seems kind of pointless to do bc it’s only 10 less Jiggies to get to beat any% and the categories are only like 20 minutes apart from each other.
  200.
  201. Maybe zone, thought about them a few times but don’t hold your breath for them:
  202.
  203. Tooie:
  204. -MAYAHEM TEMPLE 100%: never really put effort into it, I’ve only done “runs” of this during races. The reason I never wanted to run this or race this more is because of the Pillars trick, which is pretty hard to learn and I didn’t find it worth learning for a race category. Well since DCW was discovered this trick was put into the any% route, at least until Detonation Levitation was found… So I did end up learning it. So I might consider doing runs of this maybe? Not feeling it too much but who knows. There’s also a glitch where you’d beak bomb into the kickball stadium at JUST the right position and you’ll be able to get into the stadium early, which I might end up feeling the same way about it that I felt about Pillars trick =/
  205.
  206. Banjo-Kazooie:
  207. -ANY% WITH RBA: Seems pretty cool cuz you’re playing as the bee for half the run and there’s a bunch of cool skips. The issue with this category is that it only works on PAL, so if I did this I would either play it on PAL Emulator or the XBLA version because I’m not fucking spending 100+ dollars for a PAL console, PAL Television, and PAL BK cart just for one category of one game which I might not even enjoy speedrunning. The issue isn’t whether I have the money for it or not I’m just against wasting my money on that shit when there’s other equally or more expensive things I’d like to save up for if I had the choice (like a 3DS capture card or a PS3). Not to mention what a waste of space it would be, I barely have room for all my stuff as it is I don’t need another bigass TV taking up my space. If I did this though I would probably only do this for the Banjo Any% Gauntlet project I might wanna do someday. (see below for more info)
  208. Kirby’s Dreamland 2:
  209. -BEST ENDING: Tried learning 100% during the 12 Hour Speed Challenge and it was a total bust. Thought about it for a bit and it hit me that doing best ending might make the game tolerable for me. Basically all I would do is get all the rainbow drops. No BONUS CHANCE none of that bullshit where you have to get a white gooey from a bag to be able to get 1 extra percentage. Surprised no one does it actually. I’ll probably give this a second chance one day but after how much the game fucked me during the challenge I kind of don’t wanna touch it for a while lol
  210.
  211. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4:
  212. -ANY%: Favorite Tony Hawk game, and seems like it would be fun to play over and over.
  213.
  214. Sonic Adventure DX:
  215. -ALL STORIES: I did a race of this with a bunch of friends during Spring Break 2014 and it was a lot more fun than I expected enough to put it on this list I guess. A big issue would be however having to learn 6-7 different categories for the sake of a longer one, although considering most categories are less then 30 minutes afaik it’s not that big of a deal. Another one would be deciding which version I’d want to run, the 2003 PC release is apparently the fastest but at the same time I’m not sure I’d want to play on that version? We’ll see.
  216.
  217. MegaMan 2:
  218. -ZIPLESS: Another game I did a fun race of with friends and thought it’d be a really fun run. I say zipless because I’m not a big fan of zips in video games, I mean, it’s just a glitch but at the same time idk lol it feels kind of lame skipping parts of 2D levels like that. And yeah I realize the hypocrisy of my statement considering Shantae Risky’s Revenge also uses skips but idk that’s a bit different to me, partially because of how piss easy it is.
  219.
  220. The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening DX:
  221. -no clue what category, but preferably one over an hour? Anyways this is one of if not my favorite Zelda game and I’ve told people if I’d ever run a Zelda game it’d probably be this one.
  222.
  223. Cave Story +:
  224. -BEST ENDING: This is another top most favorite games, since I first played in 2010 I think it was? I have played through it at least once a year. It’s short and super fun. The issue I’d have with running it however is how hard it seems to be to run. It’s really easy to die in certain places and requires a lot of precise movements. And I’m not even talking about the Hell section of the game, that’s gonna be a bitch to run through, especially the 2nd room =| Note that I said Cave Story + not vanilla. I like the music in plus as a whole better and I like a lot of what the remake brings to the table as a whole.
  225.
  226. Sonic Battle:
  227. -ALL STORIES: I just remember this game being really fun and it seems like a really cool run. One thing that bothers me however is that I heard it might involve a lot of rng, and I can see that being an issue because of how getting cards for moves works. Might not be the case but I’m just going by what I’ve heard so who knows.
  228.
  229. Halo: Combat Evolved:
  230. -EASY: I think it would just be pretty fun to do once in a while as a fun race type thingy, not really to take it seriously. I did a race with some friends a long time ago, like June 2013, and I was considering learning it for the sake of racing it with friends, but none of them really seemed that interested to learn it so I didn’t bother either sadly enough. I might consider doing runs or whatever of it someday just for fun but who knows.
  231.
  232. Next-to-no zone, games/categories I’ve once said I’m considering running or have done runs/races of but I really doubt I’ll ever learn them or put effort into again if I’ve already done them before:
  233.
  234. Tooie:
  235. -ANY% NO DCW: If you’ve been a regular in my stream the past few months since DCW was discovered or even been a recent watcher who’s only watched me for no more than an hour when I’ve done Any% chances are you won’t be surprised by this. Hell, I’d be a bit disappointed if there isn’t at the very least a small handful of people who saw this coming once they started reading the document. I will say this first though: As of writing (2/26/15) I do plan on doing a few runs of it before I start trying to learn/route out All Puzzles (see above) in order to refamiliarize myself with the route and all the tricks. And try to get myself back up to par with where I was at before I dropped Tooie for Nuts and Bolts way back when and we all lived happily ever after. Once I reach that point and All Puzzles is routed? Dropped like a fucking rock. I’m also most likely going to make sure that no run out of HFP on PB pace finishes.
  236. Why? Because I don’t think I want a new pb in this category, I don’t want to improve my skill in this game by playing this category, it feels like a waste when there’s so many other cool possibilities the DCW opens up routing-wise. I also want my 3:10:45 to sit forever. I kind of want my PB to sit there as a legacy from a period of my life. I really don’t know how to describe it, yes if I do get super serious with All Puzzles and get really good at it I COULD come back to no DCW and crush it easily, I just… wouldn’t want to. Let the sleeping dog lie and all that. Why do I have against this category? Simple, it’s a category that chooses to do Tower of Tragedy when we have the ability to skip it easily for the sake of keeping an old route and it being “less arbitrary”. All Puzzles gives a perfectly valid reason to get 70 Jiggies while still giving a reason to do DCW.
  237. All Tower of Tragedy did was create stress for me. Lemme paint you a scenario to show you my issue with Tower of Tragedy. You’re out of Hailfire Peaks, the hardest part of the run and you’re ahead. You feel after 2 and a half long hours (assuming it’s your first run of the day no less) that you’re really close to the end of the run. Lol nope, you still have to sit through 20+ minutes before you actually GET to the final boss. And during the majority of that 20 minutes you’re barely playing the game. Excluding the 4-5 minutes worth of puzzles, Tower of Tragedy is just a long drawn out quiz, one that has enough luck that it can make or break a run. Screen Questions can add minutes if there’s enough, and the best way to lower the risk of more screen questions is after each question is asked wait until the timer runs out to hit the buzzer, and pray the one of the two CPUs does not buzz first during those 6 seconds. I usually’ve never done that because I do not trust the CPU’s to not buzz in during that time, although I do at least let the timer run out after I buzz in. Also the CPU’s are fucking hard as hell sometimes, especially Mingella, she’s made rounds extremely close before. I’ve lost quite a few runs before just because she screwed me over last second. Then once you FINALLY get through all of that, well, at the time you had to do a really hard and stressful final boss strat of sitting on the drill. It was found recently that the drill strats aren’t as fast but even so the boss isn’t exactly a piece of cake. The last part of my point was kind of rushed I’ll admit but it’s because I’m kind of sick of looking at this portion, my point was is that it’s a long and drawn out section of doing nothing but sitting there hoping RNG doesn’t fuck you over in between two already hard as ball sections of the game. And if you mess up or the game screws you over then bye bye 3 hours of your life.
  238. And also I know it’s the most competitive category and has the most runners, but I honestly could give a rats ass about everyone elses time and what the others run, not looking to run games just to have people circlejerk to me or to times around me over fucking ranks on a leaderboard.
  239.
  240. -SUPER%: For those who don’t know what it was it was a category Tx360mario made up about a year ago, you basically get 70 Kiggies and beat Hag 1, so when this was thought up it was the any% no dcw route but with cheats. It seemed cool at first but then I thought about it and it felt a bit pointless to get 70 Jiggies just because the game requires you to in order to open Hag 1. I didn’t think of All Puzzles being 70 Jiggies at the time but honestly, doing a thing like All Puzzles with cheats would be kind of dumb too imo because part of the fun/appeal/whatever of using cheats is being able to skip the puzzles.
  241.
  242. Kirby’s Dreamland 2:
  243. -100%: Tried to learn it for the 12 hour speedrun challenge, but the run just has way too much little shit that can screw you over big time if you aren’t careful, like if you get hit once you’re fucked. Also BONUS CHANCE is fucking bullshit.
  244. And I don’t wanna do any% because I’m not a fan going through games and that have multiple ending s and not getting the best ending possible, which you don’t get with any%.
  245.
  246. Shantae: Risky’s Revenge:
  247. -ANY%: Was planning on getting a high 30’s time in this category, then Double Fire Jump was discovered, cutting the category in half, literally. The new any% run seems kind of lame. The Double Fire trick seems stupid hard too, so while I have considered learning the trick I just don’t feel it’s worth my time to learn it unless it has use in 100%
  248.
  249. Advance Wars 2:
  250. -Seemed fun at first but then I thought about it and realized that the entire run would just be menuing. I don’t mind playing a game that’s mostly menuing, but speedrunning it? Prrrreettyy laaaaame. You would also have to turn animations off too which would make things even lamer.
  251.
  252. Pokemon Rumble:
  253. -Thought it’d be a fun game to run at first when I first thought of it but the more I think about it the more I think of it the less fun I think it would be lololol
  254.
  255. Things I get or I predict I’ll be asked if I’ll do learn and do runs of in the future but I don’t see myself ever being interested in:
  256.
  257. Nuts and Bolts:
  258. -100%: I’ve told my viewers that if I ever get sub button I would do as a celebration stream. This would be one of if not the only times I would ever do this run. And if it ain’t properly routed by Scykoh or someone else by the time this happens (if it ever happens) then don’t expect me to bother doing that beforehand. Hell, I’ll probably be building vehicles during the run because I really don’t care about 100% at all.
  259.
  260. Tooie:
  261. -CHEATO%: You only collect notes and beat Hag 1. Feels like it takes out the spirit of the game just doing that, yeah you don’t collect that much in Any% but at least you still collect Jiggies and do the tasks related to them so it at least feels like part of the spirit is there.
  262.
  263. Kazooie:
  264. -100%: Just doesn’t seem interesting to run for me idk
  265.
  266. Fun little side projects I might do someday:
  267.
  268. BANJO ANY% GAUNTLET
  269. -An idea I’ve had since I saw Samura1man do that 3D Zelda Challenge a couple years ago. I would do all of the banjo series games any% back to back. So I would learn the any% route for all 5 games, which would actually be a lot shorter than I thought back when I thought it up considering that Tooie any% is now 2 hours shorter thanks to DCW. Between the 5 games (Kazooie, Tooie, Grunty’s Revenge, Pilot, Nuts and Bolts) I predict that all of them back to back would take 7-8 hours if I did a decent job of learning ASSUMING that another Banjo game doesn’t get revealed/released whenever I decide to do this. If I were do this though I would like to put at least a decent amount of time in all of the games, except maybe Pilot. An exception would be for Grunty’s Revenge I would learn 100% then when the gauntlet happens I’d just not get 10 Jiggies because I’d rather run and learn 100%, any% seems a bit pointless because it’s only 10 less Jiggies gotten. With Tooie and Nuts and Bolts though I’d like to get a really good milestone before I think about attempting this, Tooie any% probably 44-45 range and Nuts and Bolts any% Sub 2 hours.
  270.
  271. KIRBY’S DREAM COLLECTION 100%
  272. -Thought of this a while ago, think maybe around 2013? For those who don’t know this would mean playing through Kirby’s Dreamland 1-3, Adventure, Super Star, and 64: The Crystal Shards 100%, well technically not KDL1 that’d just be playing through the game in Normal Mode and Extra. Originally it was just gonna be me casually playing through them 100% for some anniversary celebration, but I decided soon after me and a couple friends did a KDL1-3 race that it might be fun to at least somewhat learn the routes of all the games. I wouldn’t take any of them really serious except maybe Dreamland 2 but it seems like a fun way to just play through all the games, would be a fun little thing to do for a Kirby anniversary I’d think.
