To ensure this, the luck based aspects of Pokémon have been updated to follow deterministic rules. You will always know the exact outcome of an action, it's entirely up to you to win or lose.</p><p><b>Metagame highlights:</b></p></center><ul><li><img src="http://pldh.net/media/pokexycons/094.png" width="40" height="34" />Gengar has access to unresisted coverage, high Special Attack and Speed. It also gets Hypnosis, a 60 sleep points move, making it a top threat.</li><li><img src="http://pldh.net/media/pokexycons/632.png" width="40" height="32" />Durant is already pretty fast and has good Attack, along with high Defense. Thanks to Skillmons Hustle, this Pokémon is now a reliable cleaner with Hone Claws or an excellent scarfer.</li><li><img src="http://pldh.net/media/pokexycons/286.png" width="40" height="32" />Breloom has received quite a buff. Technician DynamicPunch or Mach Punch and Bullet Seed alone make this Pokémon really scary.
