Ultraman Club - Kaijuu Dai Kessen!!
Goal - Beat stage 5

Push start on the title screen on GO, done on explosion of stage 5 boss.

Controls
D-Pad - Move
A - Jump
B - Punch
A then B - Jump kick
Up + B - Special Attack
Start - Menu

You can change your special attack by pausing and choosing one of 4 attacks, each using a variable amount of special. You can also use a reserve health from here which full heals you. Deaths start you back at a checkpoint, game overs restart the stage. Unlimited continues.
