Culture: The nation is very much reminiscent of Post-Kapp Putch Weimar Republic, if the Kapp Putch was somewhat successful. The communists have already tried and failed an uprising, and their party is actively suppressed by the government with the help of the Freikorp, though and air of mutual mistrust exists between the federal Landswher and the Paramilitary Freikorp. Meanwhile, while both the Libertarians and Anarchists believe in less government, their ideologies are completely opposed, with the Libertarians still believing in a retaining of most traditional and conservative values while the anarchists are far more liberal. Open clashes between the two anti-federal forces have begun in the streets, and the Freikorp has taken an interest in attempting to bring the Libertarians to their side, on the basis of the preservation of culture and a quashing of liberalization if civil war were to break out, however the leaders of the libertarians are hesitant to accept the offers of the more authoritarian of their right wing brothers. While the government itself tries to keep the appearance of stability, most know that the weak bureaucrats are barely holding the facade of normalcy, however that may be, the Landswher and Kriegsmarine of the Republik are as strong as ever, with new and widespread technologies such as the light machinegun, Machine-pistol, armored cars and new generation Tanks fill the armories and motor pools of the Landwher, as well as the ranks of the Freikorp, as their own connections in the Landswher have netted them a fair amount of, if not modern, somewhat recent weaponry and vehicles. This is tolerated by the Government, as the Freikorp have been instrumental in putting down both militant communists and anarchists in recent years, with the constitution of the republik limiting the powers of the army in actions against what are citizens of the nation.

Military culture: The military of the Eisenmänner Republik is broken up into 2 branches officially, 3 unofficially. The first is the Landswher, being the army and ground based airforce. Squads are made of 10 men, with a machine gunner and at least 2-3 Submachine-gunners, one being the officer, with the other 6-7 being riflemen. The airforce is made up of Fighter-escorts, and the bomber-corp, and are organized under the army for better coordination.

The Kriegsmarine, as can be expected, is made up of the Naval and naval aviation of the Republik. The navy, made up of a central core of Battle cruisers, Fast battleships and Carriers, backed up by destroyers and lighter cruisers. Submarines are used, however the doctrinal fleets used by the Kriegsmarine have them sparingly sprinkled into fleets. Unique to the Kriegsmarine of the Republik is the Jungfernfahrer Corp. The Jungfernfahrer, are in fact, Ships, with their souls made manifest in the form of young girls. Though no better then normal ships, they require no crew, and if sank, any remaining hull disintegrates, the Soul going back into the Ether until the ship is rebuilt, and the process to en-soul the vessel is re preformed, the Jungfernfahrer brought back into the fight.

Military Evolution: During the years of the Great war in the eastern continent, trench warfare, artillery and infantry were the doctrine most heavily relied upon by Landwher command if war were to break out, and when the communists rose up in civil war, that's what happened. With the inevitable introduction of combat vehicles in armored cars and early tanks, the trenches became less useful as armored spearheads pushed the communists back further and further back, and thus the beginnings of motorized doctrine began.

Flaws: After the end of the civil war, the Eisenmänner Republik is politically unstable, with the Statist Freikorp veterans, the relatively weak central government, the Libertarian middle class, communist elements of the underclasses as well as anarchist extremists all vying for power in the parliament.
