- Description: Ginn, a multiple felon, attacked James, a homeless man, for his bicycle. He stabbed James multiple times in the head and neck, hitting his jugular vein. He then attempted to sell the bike. Ginn was connected to the crime by DNA, when James’ blood was found on a pair of jeans and a duffel bag in his possession.
