Interview Guide

This is the Blox'd Cafe interview guide.
The host starts with stating the rules which are in the server message which are:
[1] Showing kind/respect with your interviewer is vital at all times. If caught disrespecting your interviewer it will result in removal from this session.

[2] Proper grammar and spelling is a strict policy that all interviewees must use grammar when they are called to the interviewer office until he dismisses them.

[3] Copying and pasting is strictly prohibted, if caught copying and pasting it will result in removal from session immediately!

[4] you are given up to 45 seconds to answer a question. If happen to exceed this time limit you will fail the question (not the interview).

[5] You can only make 4 strikes, if happen and you get the 4 you will fail the interview.

Then the host says to the other interviewers to info the players (minimum account age is 20 days old) if it is lower than that, the interviewee get kicked from the session.

Then the host says in server message "Please, spam 1337 to ensure that you don't have safechat"

After the host is done with rules, infoing the interviewees account age and the safechat test, he says in server message "Interviews now may commence."

The interviewer could pick up to 3 interviewees at a time, then he leads them to his office and say how to pass the interviews by:
Detail in answers and using proper grammar and spelling

Then the interviewer says "In this interview I will ask you 5 different questions" which are:

[1] Why do you want to work at Blox'd Cafe?

[2] What motavated you to get an interview?

[3] How did you find Blox'd Cafe?

[4] Do you have any experiences in this field?

[5] What are your strenghths and weaknesses?

If the interviewee passed, the interviewer say "Congratulations! You have PASSED! Due to excellent grammar and delightful detail. <3

If the interviewee failed, the interviewer says "Sorry, but you have failed! (Reason), please don't be disappointed you can always try again.
