Hi all,
After large volumes of requests for the re-addition of player shops, we are excited to announce the opening of XI player shops! In order to access them, please use the command: /warp shops

Below is a very small tutorial on how to utilize the shops. For an in-depth tutorial with pictures please right-click the [Info Sign] at the shop spawn to check your balance and view the tutorial as well as additional commands and help.

We have also released Global Market back into the game, with this you are given a set amount of spaces to sell things with /market. There will be rules to this as well, please check the Info sign in shops to familiarize yourself with this aspect too.

Here's how they will work for shop owners:
- Players will have the option of renting out empty shop areas at the shop area.
- Shops can be rented by [Right-clicking] the sign on the back wall of the shop and then confirming by clicking the generated text in chat.
- Once rented, your rent can be extended by up to an additional 2 weeks [3 weeks in advanced].
- Information on how to set up your Sign Shops will be provided at the shop spawn if you are unfamiliar with them.
- If your rent period expires and you do not refresh it, your shop will be terminated and the space will be put back onto the market.
- If you go inactive for [> 1 week] your shop will also be terminated regardless of how many weeks rent you had extended your shop so make sure you are actively using the space!
- Please familiarize yourself with all the rules as these will be strictly enforced.


Here's how the shops will work for customers:
- When you see an item you want to purchase, you can [Left-click] to see exactly what is being sold by the sign.
- You can [Right-click] the appropriate sign to buy the relevant item from the player's shop.
- If you come across any misleading or deceptive signs (e.g. scams, etc.), take a screenshot of the shop and the sign and report it to a staff member and we will deal with it accordingly.

Currently the limit of chest shops each player can have are as follows:
