a: the same concept as Aquasliding in TPHD where you hold one direction, pause buffer then slightly hold the other direction
this forces link to move superfast on land and in water causing highspeed superswims

a: yes its just as fast/faster than SD superswimming

a: as early as getting the grapple hook
