Epsilon leader= owner of the Epsilon gang
[HR] epsilon superior= elite member, second hand of the leader
[HR] Epsilon council= a small group of people who create plans for the Epsilon gang
[HR] epsilon mastermind= makes the plans for heists, makes the strategy's
[HR] Elite Guard= has to protect other HR's, allowed to command MR and LR
[MR] Infiltrator= a trusted person from Epsilon used to get intel from other gangs/police
[MR] Negotiator= used for hostage situations. bargains with the cops for cash
[MR] Head gunman= main gunman, may order LR to do stuff.
[LR] Epsilon hacker= person to hack atms, must be good at it
[LR] Epsilon thug= upgrade from Epsilon recruit, passed the application
[LR] Epsilon runner= a person tasked to do small errands
[LR] Epsilon recruit= new to the Epsilon gang, didnt take application yet or got declined
