This induction report provides some good information and discussion, however it is not a plan for a specific employer. Please revisit the assessment instructions (page 3, steps 2 & 4). You need to create a report/plan for a specific employer. The induction plan also needs to be more comprehensive. Please review my comments on the attached feedback file in green and adjust and expand this plan. Please resubmit within 7 days.
