   Chronic neck sprain from whiplash/trauma
   Thornwaldt cyst in nasal passage
   Ganglion cyst in right ankle adjacent to the posterior syndesmosis; small pressure erosion along posterior fibula
   Various tendon damage in right ankle caused by a severe sprain along with the cyst putting pressure on things near it; scarring of the posterior tibiofibular ligament; posterior syndesmotic ligement is thinned, tendenosis and tenosynovitus of distal peroneus longus tendon; mild thinning and fraying of the calcaneofibular ligament; mild degenerative changes to talonavicular joint
   Radial nerve palsy that caused me to lose 50% of the motion in my right thumb after being unable to lift my hand for 5 months along with occasional pain in my wrist caused by overuse



          Trying to get diagnosed.

   Tension headaches
   Shoulder pain <^ (both most likely caused by neck sprain)
   Lower back pain on left flank that spreads into my left thigh if I take a bad step or nearly fall
   Aches in both knees and right hip
   Throat problems that might be caused by a malformed hyoid bone likely caused by hyoid syndrome; eagles syndrome; or by a laryngocele(most likely); waiting for a ct scan and a Barium swallow for a diagnosis
