17:10 [Turtle#2170]: A little about ourselves, we recently reformed in Antorus bringing together experienced players from numerous ally guilds in an attempt to form a roster of our own with a fresh start as horde. Our progression is similar to your own, currently 5/11M, but I'm quite confident that we'll get the Imonar kill tonight also. We began mythic progression just 20 days ago, and in our first 2 days of progression cleared the first 4 bosses. We raid Tues/Thurs 8:00-11:00PM, with an optional run every Sunday 8:00-11:00PM for HC and boost runs

18:39 [Turtle#2170]: Sorry for the much belated response! It'd be much easier for me to list our weaknesses than our strengths, as it stands our healing is exceptional, DPS is great, and attendance is no issue either, we're simply recruiting to replace DPS that aren't performing well enough for progression at this stage. Mechanics-wise very few are at fault, we have some very experienced players with 10/11M exp currently from top tier guilds, but at the moment we have a few too many melee DPS, and the composition of your 4-man would therefore fit in incredibly well. Hunters/mages/spriests are all very high on our recruitment priority, that being said, the priest Miataa almost definitely would be required to DPS as oppose to heal, our healers are already incredibly strong, and we already have had to ask many healers to DPS OS instead for the majority of fights. That being said though the disc OS would still be invaluable for some fights and they'd still find opportunities to use it

18:43 [Turtle#2170]: We would certainly be able to make room for those 3 DPS by replacing our lowest performing melee DPS, whom we already have names in mind, there are a few players that clearly stand out as not carrying their weight in comparison to the rest. The only potential roster issue that I can see would be with regards to the restoration shaman, however like I've previously stated we've already asked healers to switch to DPS OS where necessary and many are happy to do so, so I'm sure we'd be able to do the same to open up one more spot if your shaman absolutely cannot DPS, but again shaman dd is high on our recruitment priority both ele/enh as well
18:49 [Turtle#2170]: I'd say our greatest enemy at the moment is simply time. We came to the tier late and as a result are behind with progression in comparison to other guilds, which brings difficulty when recruiting. However, in the time that we've been progressing through mythic, our rate of progression has been exceptional, and much faster than most comparable guilds, so I don't see any reason why our team/guild won't be able to get Cutting Edge this tier, which is the ultimate aim, in order to create a strong mythic roster to push for ranking come BfA in the process. But generally speaking we have few weaknesses, recruitment at the moment isn't a complete necessity for us, we simply want to optimize our roster as best as possible, and then hopefully we'll be able to spend the remainder of this tier having to replace few players, allowing us to bond and harmonize with this roster, so by the end of it we'll have a strong connection with one another, and can look forward to great progression in the
