<b><size=26>SCP:SL RULES</size></b>

1. No hate speech, slurs, or offensive language.
2. No DDoS attacks or threats to DDoS another person.
3. No cheating or exploiting.
4. No microphone spam in Radio, Spectator Chat, or SCP Chat.
5. Do not intentionally stall or delay the round.
6. No self-advertising without permission from the Owner.
7. Staff may take action against attempts to exploit loopholes or intentionally circumvent the rules.

<b><size=26>ROUND RULES</size></b>

1. No intentional round stalling.

2. Teaming Regulations:

2A. Chaos Insurgency may team with SCPs only when both Chaos and SCP forces are heavily outnumbered by MTF.

2B. MTF may not team with Chaos Insurgency or SCPs under any circumstance.

2C. Researchers and D-Class may cooperate with other factions when appropriate, but should primarily focus on the faction they are aligned with.

2D. Facility Guards are considered MTF/Foundation personnel and follow MTF alignment rules.
