You can remove 3 Cardinal Counters from this card, then discard 3 "Cardinal" cards; Special Summon 3 Level 10 "Cardinal Witch" monsters with different names from your GY. You can only use this effect of "Francis, Master of the Cardinal Witches" once per Duel. You can only Xyz Summon "Francis, Master of the Cardinal Witches" once per Duel.
