PS1: ePSXe 1.9.25/2.0.0
N64: Project64 1.6/1.7 (2.0+ is banned)
GCN/Wii: Dolphin 5.0-15999 or higher
PS2: PCSX2 (current version)
PS3: RPCS3 (current version)

GBA: BizHawk 2.7.x running mGBA 0.8.4 or later
DS: DeSmuME (current version)

-- In all leaderboards, you must mark that it is an emulated run. Enacting emulator-specific rules will be taken on a case-by-case basis, but anyone is more than welcome to contribute to making the rules!
-- THPS2, THPS3 (6th Gen), THPS4 (6th Gen), THUG1, THUG2, THAW, THHD, and THPS1+2 are all fastest on PC (by a lot in most cases)!
-- THPS1, THPS3 (5th Gen), THPS4 (5th Gen), THUG2 REMIX, THPS5, and the handheld titles do not (obviously) have a PC port, so you will have to ask the community which is best (if there is more than one option).
