When you are choosing a diet the food you will eat can’t be something you dislike because then you won’t be able to stick to it. When you are interested in your new diet that is making you loose weight you need to like the food so you will like the diet. If the food you have for your weight loss diet won’t be to your tastes you will never stick to it. If you won’t be satisfied with your meal you will just fall back to foods that are not in your weight loss diet and fail it.
  4. Another thing to consider is it healthy? You don’t want a diet that is not healthy because it will damage your health. Do you have any allergies you need to avoid or foods that make you sick? Eating something that will make your health worse is not a solution to loosing weight and you need to choose a diet that will work for you health wise.
  5. Does your diet have enough minerals and vitamins for your body to function? You don’t want to starve your body of all beneficial nutrients from the food. Starving your body for the sake of weight loss diet is not a solution to loosing weight because if your body doesn’t have all the required nutrients you can become sick and you don’t want that.

  7. All foods that this diet consists for is suitable for vegetarians because it contains fresh plants, fruits and vegetables.
  8. A lot of modern research says that vegetarian diets have a lot lower risk of heart disease and other cardiac diseases.
  9. What are vegan foods that vegans can eat while on diet? It’s foods like fresh fruits like strawberries or apples, legumes, grains like basmati rice, nuts like almonds and vegetables like broccoli.

  35. It doesn’t have limits on how much you can eat so it doesn’t make you malnourished and doesn’t affect your health negatively.
  36. There are only 3 phases to south beach diet and that’s it, you can’t make it more simple.
  37. So what are the 3 phases of this low-fat diet for loosing weight? Well, let’s begin:

  39. Phase 1 of The Healthy South Beach Diet
  40. The first phase of the healthy south beach diet is the most strick phase in this diet and lasts for 14 days, there are many restrictions on what you can and cannot eat. Many carbohydrates and sugar are avoided, things like poultry (turkey or chicken), fish (like salmon or cod) and shellfish are usually eaten with tasty vegetables, nuts, cheese and eggs but they have to be eaten in moderation and not over-eaten. Water is the most preferable drink for this phase but if moderated, you could take occasional tea or coffee too.

  42. Phase 2 of The Healthy South Beach Diet
  43. The second phase of the healthy south beach diet is not as strict as phase one. It is a lot more flexible and is comfortable for everyone. The foods that are rich in carbohydrates can be consumed again without a problem. In this phase you can start eating whole wheat grains and bread.

  45. Phase 3 of The Healthy South Beach Diet
  46. This phase of the diet is not really a phase as it is used for the maintenance of the first and second phases and it should be kept as a normal eating behaviour for the rest of the person’s life.

  48. Weekly Cabbage (or other vegetable) Soup Diet
  49. The aims of this soup diet is to provide a very fast weight loss for obese individuals in the span of 7 days or faster.

  51. Day 1: On your first day during this diet you are allowed to eat only cabbage (or some other vegetable) soup and fruits, the quantity is unlimited but you can’t eat bananas because they are forbidden.

  53. Day 2: Second is very similar to the first one, you eat your vegetable(cabbage one is best) soup and eat as many fruits as you want except for potatoes and bananas.

  59. Day 5: The fifth day is already very different from other days because you are eating cabbage soup with around 500 grams of fresh beef and adding 5 tomato slices.

  61. Day 6: On this day you are allowed to eat cabbage soup, beef and all vegetables you want so it doesn’t become boring to you.

  63. Day 7: The last day of your diet consists of you eating cabbage soup with whole wheat grains like brown rice, vegetables but no potatoes because they are forbidden and fruit juice that needs to be fresh for your drinking.

  66. On this diet people consume any foods that are raw, no other restrictions are there.
  67. The foods that are raw can contain fruits, vegetables like broccoli, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, fruit juices.
  68. You can do some processing on this diet with your raw foods like crushing or blending, soaking or juicing, as long as you don’t add sugar or dairy to them.
  69. The Zone Diet Plan
  70. On this diet you are eating foods that have a lot of protein in them, are low on carbohydrate content and contain no fat.
  71. There is a lot of healthy foods of choice for this diet.
  72. This diet suggests that when body is not malnourished with nutrients that are required for the body it can loose weight easily instead of gaining when the body is malnourished.
  73. Protein makes your gut feel full and good what helps you to avoid eating too much food and loose weight easily.
  74. The Cookie Diet
  75. This diet we are talking about is The Cookie Diet. It’s rich in good fiber, proteins that will make you feel very full for a long time and make you avoid eating too much calories.
  76. In this diet you are allowed to eat up to 6 cookies per day so you are always giving about 400-600 calories.
  77. Besides the 6 cookies you are allowed to eat you can eat lean means and all kinds of good vegetables that can be added to your meal.
  78. Just follow any of those diets for some time and you will see unimaginable results that will blow your mind when you see your weight calculator show a lot smaller weight when you had before.
