  1. Douglas Bent its not murder at all, its justifiable homicide. As a Concealed carry holder myself everything Castile did was wrong. The only thing he did right was telling him he was armed. If you look closely he already handed him his ID and the Yanez can clearly be seen looking at his license. He was told multiple time not to reach for it and he did anyways 'don't reach for it, don't pull it out" and then you can hear Castile "imma have to pull it out" if you listen closely. If he would have complied with the officer like any person with their concealed license knows you are supposed to he would be alive.

He was calm and cool and explained to him how his lights were not working both the back left and middle light, he calmly asked for his ID, when he was told he had a gun he calmly said "just don't touch it"? Until he saw what he believed was him going for his gun did he react and you would be just as shaken up after it.
