  1. Akari stands, transformed, before an elaborately drawn magic circle lined with candles. In the center lies a photo of Sayuri, and before it, three bowls. The leftmost bowl holds flower blossoms, the center one several bills, and the rightmost one holds a chess piece--The Queen.
  2.
  3. Akari takes a deep breath, and black static begins to pool around her feet, filling in the lines of the circle, lending it true power. She steps into the boundary of the circle, and begins to speak. "(lastname) Sayuri. I have judged you and found you guilty. I offered you mercy, and you returned with greater sins. Your soul is tainted. Corrupt from within and without. So now I deliver retribution."
  4.
  5. Akari extends her hand over the leftmost bowl, and allows a measure of her static to flow into the bowl, eradicating the blossoms. "As you have taken the health of others, so I take yours. Let your body be wracked with the pain and suffering you have inflicted upon them."
  6. As she speaks, the circle begins to churn and glow, swallowing the bowl.
  7.
  8. She moves her hand to the center bowl, again filling it with static, destroying the bills. "As you have taken the fortunes of others, so I take yours. Let your ventures fail and your fortune be stolen, as you have stolen from others."
  9. Again, the circle churns, and the bowl is swallowed.
  10.
  11. Her hand hovers over the final bowl, and a handfull of pawns appear in her hand. She lets them fall, along with another measure of static, allowing the pawns to mix and melt along with the queen. "As you have taken the joy of others, so I take yours. Let all your happiness be taken from you as violently as you have taken it from others. Let those you called your allies abandon and betray you. Let those you call your enemies trample you."
  12. Akari withdraws a final piece from her cloak. The king. "And may all that you hold dear abandon you." she says, vitriol thick in her voice as she drops it into the void.
  13.
  14. As the last bowl is consumed, she takes the photo and holds it."All you have. All you want. All you love. I am taking it from you, as you have taken from so many others. You will know the weight of your sins, and you will need never question why. This is my sentence. My retribution. You will know this curse, and you will know it is the wage of your sins."
  15.
  16. As the photograph is swallowed by oblivion, so too is her fate sealed.
