- Hello, I purchased a corsair K95 RGB keyboard, at Christmas 2015, however the Z and X keys are beginning to wear down after 5 Months, all other keys are okay. I'm disappointed with the quality of the make of this product compared to other corsair products that I have purchased in the past. I was unable to find a amicable solution.
- Please give me advice on how to get replacement parts as they are becoming harder to use and becoming a eyesore.

- Hello Jamie. Does this problem lie specifically with the key caps or is the switch underneath the keys not functioning either?

- We can provide you with replacement keycaps. Just go ahead and submit a ticket on http://corsair.force.com requesting the Z and X key caps and an agent will accommodate you.
