  17. Example:They open a favorite book, let’s say, and there’s a note in it. The note asks them to follow specific directions (pack these things, arrive at this alley way, at this specific time, on this day.)
  18. And I’m following those directions, they enter the realm/portal
  19. Halfway down the alley, everything changes, and you know you’re in the right place
  20. The letters can be coordinated and sent out by an NPC or IC secretary of transportation and deportation.

  28. 1- The individual presents him/herself to a small office building (By way of "Key" letter of Recommendation, following instructions to a "t". See above section foe example. )
  29. 2- The individual then proceeds to take a series of tests to test their skills and possible aptitudes while examining their disposition and vetting their possible outlook to the 'mankind' cause.
  30. 3- The individual is shortly after given the results and subsequently where to go next. If positive they will be given directions to the closest hub and instructions on how to utilize it.
