Hello paypal support i have been running a gaming community for a year now and recently i have been having problems with people chargebacking their purchases in our store we basicly sell Reserved slots for 10 GBP and they get their slots within 30 minutes of their purchase. It is a digital product and some people buy them just to get into our Gaming server when its full. But  like in any other video game there are cheaters using cheats and we ban them if we catch them they tend to chargeback their purchase after getting banned on our server or just when they quit playing on our gaming community. We have setup our store very nicely and we have put a lot of effort into this and its just sad to see when people chargeback and take their money back for something that they already have got in the server. We make them tick on a box stating ''By clicking this I understand that I am purchasing a Digital Product, I understand that nothing physically will be shipped and I understand I cannot ask for a refund through PayPal.'' Now as of right now i have 3 chargeback cases from people that bought that premium package as you can see in this picture :

I hope you guys could help me with this issue i have been using paypal for a long time and i like using it.
