  227. All humans will experience conflict -- that's to be expected and is okay.
  228. If we have good conflict resolution abilities, we generate trust and security in our relationships and communities.
  229. We communicate to others, It's okay if we have problems, as we can resolve those.
  230. But when you misbehave in conflict resolution space, the implications are so much graver.
  231. You are communicating that if any problem arises, it won't be solvable. It will just fester and rot and expand. It communicates to those in our life that they're on their own when they experience emotional distress as a result of our actions or speech.
