Manip a squirtle (my window is frames 2850 to 3500)
Once you get a squirtle, save and reset
Go to Key System settings, change difficulty to easy and exp gain to 2x
Beat rival as normal, kill a L3 if you see one on the way up
Force both slaves on Rt 1
Get antidote and 1-2 total potions
Weedle guy: Bubble spam
If poisoned, go to ~6-7 hp and heal it off
Brock: Bubble spam, Potion if dead to Rock Tomb (torrent bubble on onix is 12/16)
Buy 4 Potions, 2 Para Heals, 2 Awakenings, 7 Repels
Route 3: WG everything
Moon: Register TM Case, equip Persim if safety, Repel
No moon optional, get rare candy
Grunt: WG x3 (x2 if Torrent)
Super Nerd: WG Spam
Teach Bite over Bubble
Teach Mega Punch over Withdraw
Go to Misty's gym

Teach Water Pulse over Tail Whip
Skip Cerulean Candy
