[font face="times new roman"]The Comando Sombra or, Shadow Command in English is a Brazillian Faction that originated in the 1990s as a prison gang in Sao Paulo. Up until 2005, many of the activities that the faction members committed were unknown to the general public. Since the year of 2005, they are known to be very ruthless against police officers, killing 400 police officers from 2005 to 2012. After that, information is unknown, up until 2006. The group became more and more organized when Serrano came into the picture, as the leader of the faction, in the year of 2006. Once he was released from prison, he started operations in Nova Esperança, a favela in Sao Paulo, Serrano made the gang focus on selling drugs kidnapping as well murder, torture and robbery. [b]Seranno made the Comando Sombra very well known in Nova Esperança, them dominating the drug market there, selling weed and coke to the favela residents.

Once they made a ton of money off drug dealing, they were well funded, and have access to many firearms back then.

Eventually, the corrupt police division, UFE came into the favela, raiding their drug places, doing their "job", using deadly force, killing many of the Comando Sombra. Some did escape but Serrano was kidnapped by the UFE, the UFE "gifting" Serrano to the Cracha Preto, and many other civillians, disguised as prisoners, but the prisoners being used for organ stealing.

After that, many thought the Comando Sombra was finished, but they operated in other favelas as well. As it was mentioned before, they were highly organized, but eventually the UFE wiped them out of the other favelas as well.

To this day, Serrano has been off the grid and no where to be found.

Not much is known currently, but according to our governments intel, we believe an unnamed man going by the nickname of Bandito, which was also a  medium- high up former member during Serranos regime, MAY plan to create the Comando Sombra in the Bronx borough of New York.
[b]Bandito is starting drug operations in Bronx, reviving the Comando Sombra.[/b]

We do not have a direct pin on what their leaders house is, or what block they focus on. After months of research with the NYPD, we believe to have found them here. Now, we don't believe they are just sitting in that area, all of the time, but we know thats where they [b]mainly sell drugs.[/b] We also believe they run drugs across the border to harboring cities, even the other island. [b]Comando Sombra is also selling drugs to high school children, disgusing themselves as students. We don't know how they get the product in, but the NBPD has interrogated a student. The student will be unnamed due to confidentality purposes. The student has refused to give up the dealers name, but the student has told us Comando Sombra is actively dealing product out of the Fulton Avenue apartments. We are unaware how many members reside in the building.

The NYPD doesn't have sufficent evidence to conduct a search, or even enough probable cause. We sent an agent to watch the apartment, and investigate. He claims he cannot find out due to the large size of the apartment building, and he can't smell any drugs at all. We have not been given OFFICIAL permission by the New York state or United States government to intervene. This investigation may be stopped if we don't make any big progress.

Just like they did in Sao Paulo and Brazil, they are recruiting children young as 12 to join the organization. We have no estimation on how many members they may have at this point.
