Appearance:

Collapse is a sunshine yellow mare with a maroon mane and tail. Her eyes are a light brown in color with her cutie mark being a gold ring with three circles within that ring at equidistant points. Collapse's general appearance is rather jovial and upbeat at most points in time.

Personality:

Collapse is an upbeat pony with a jovial personality. Collapse is very sociable and talkative, and loves talking to other ponies. She has a special affinity for mares and loves mares more than anything, and opts to spend as much time with other mares as possible. Collapse is very dedicated to her craft and her friendships, and should any threats come - she is ready to be there to defend those she cares about. Collapse is generally a kind pony on the surface, but she isn't naive, and knows who is trustworthy and who is not.

Background:

Born in Dodge Junction as a Unicorn, her original parents are unknown. Cheshire Springs was adopted as a newborn foal by two mares named Spark Driver and Gold Standard. The two mares had a loving and healthy relationship for one another. The two of them were involved in Gold Prospecting in the area, with Gold Standard being a well known Gold Miner. Spark Driver was a construction laborer, with both being Earth Ponies. Being a unicorn in an area of Earth Ponies she often felt ostracized by other young foals.

Her interest always was something geared towards machines, machines were something that always fascinated her. She would tinker with machines as she grew up and as her interests grew, so did her mechanical ability. At first she tinkered with small motors and machines, but she got her cutie mark when she was imagining making a flying machine, one day. At the age of 15, she was able to find out who her real mother was - her parents knew who her real mother was, but kept it a secret all this time out of fear that Cheshire wouldn't understand. To their surprise, Cheshire was elated to be related to Cherry Jubilee, being the product of an un-named stallion who passed away many years ago, leaving Cherry Jubilee a widow.

For years, Cheshire would work around her town, helping other ponies out. It was known that she craved more than what her town could bring her, and so she would go to an out of town Trade School and spend the summers in Dodge Junction. It was here that she was able to flourish, and developed plans to become an inventor, particularly taking commissions for those who sought to have certain projects designed. On her own, her own foal-hood dream was achieved, a flying machine she constructed, called a Fly Ring - could be worn around the waist of an individual, and can make Unicorns be able to fly by crafting a spell that worked within their mind as a way for them to determine movement and direction. However, such a device proved very expensive and costly, so she does not make them too often.

Eventually, Collapse seeks to find a marefriend one day, with the support of her mother, adoptive parents and her other friends - Collapse is excited about her future and is in a good standing in life. The name "Collapse" she isn't really sure where it came from, and it eventually became a common name for her to be referred to as.
