making drinks for the hotel

>There is a big commotion in the lobby of the hotel as Charlie comes down the stairs to check it out
>A large group of people have gathered around the reception desk, consisting of the main hotel staff as well as a few anons
>Vaggie is at the outskirts of the crowd walking away with a drink in her hands, bright green in a tall glass with a small parasol hanging off the rim and a straw sticking out of it
>Charlie asks her what's going on to find out that Alastor got Husker a large stockpile of different liqueurs and spirits this morning, plus some barman tools and different types of glasses
>Upon further questioning Charlie was relieved that he also offers non alcoholic drinks if you ask nicely, which is why Vaggie even has one in her hands
>She lets the princess have a sip
>Charlie's eyes go wide as she feels mint with hints of sweetness that evolves into a slight aftertaste of lemon.
>Looking around she sees Alastor lounging nearby with what seems to be a bloody mary, one she hopes isn't made with actual blood
>She manages to get closer and get a good look at the bar
>For the first time she sees Husker maybe not exactly happy but certainly looking better than his usual drunken self
>He's swishing around a big steel shaker vigorously before pouring it's contents into a wide martini glass which sits before Niffty, quickly topping it with a single stalk of mint
>Nifty claps her hands in excitement before taking the drink and hopping off the bar stool, paying care not to spill it
>Right after the big cat starts pouring other spirits into his shaker, cracking a big cube of ice into it

>"Vermouth Sour coming up, get your glass ready" He orders before another anon places his beer mug on the counter and asks for a refill
>The usually grumpy receptionists cracks a genuine smile, one Charlie saw for the first time ever as he grabs a beer bottle from under the counter and throws it into the air
>It soars into the air spinning, giving him enough time to stir his shaker
>As it starts to come down he moves his wing under it and onto the counter, letting the bottle slide down his wing whilst he grabs a nearby bottle opener with his tail and pops the cap off
>Raising his wing her pours the beer into the mug while also pouring out the mixed drink into the awaiting glass, filling two orders sitting a good distance from each other at once with a little show
>Getting a little cheer for it he chuckles as Charlie comes up to the bar, she was amazed to see him with such energy
>Soon enough she was walking away with a big grin, sipping on a Paradise cocktail garnished with strawberries, a drink Husker picked for her since it has three differently coloured layers and can be sweetened a lot without losing it's base taste
