the two teams thing
two teams for <60
before that I was having to worry about four team leaders
recruiting reqs
twelve people a month is not something I can consistently do
and most of them were
uh
not great at recruiting
fine, but not great
but now that it's two TLs and I know both of them are good at recruiting
I don't have to worry
div is much more stable

Shade and I are understandably both freaking out
I'm on the ground recruiting in class, because fuck doing computer programming work
We must have dropped another three people in the seven days it took me to get us back up to where we were before
At the time I was routinely telling Shade that I was going to do my three months and then get out
Because I wasn't enjoying it
Having to constantly be working and worrying about the state of the division
Now I'm fine
Shade seems like he had a very similar situation in dagger
