- To export your MAL to AniList make an account at https://anilist.co/signup ,
- Log in to your MAL and go to https://myanimelist.net/panel.php?go=export and export your anime list and your manga list,
- Save that file, unzip it to somewhere you remember and then go to this link https://anilist.co/settings/import put the exported files to respective boxes
