Tatsumaki: Upon taking a short distance flight, the user twirls around with a flurry of impressive kicks! It’s a Hybrid move, using speed and strength!

This special art takes awhile to master, especially so on one’s lonesome. It would take years to master but it would be indeed worth it. It would give one better control if not overall strength in one’s skill if not overall intent to overcome. With enough build up and reasoning, one could a-help to gain a tier in progression in this art. Slightly boosting its ability to slay.
With amazing techniques comes a burden…or a blessing to some.  This very art is energized by the Satsui No Hado(Surge of Murderous Intent), an evil energy that awakens within a warrior who has either embraced the dark and violent aspects of their art, possesses an intense inhumane rage, or they’ve allowed their wants to will to overcome even forcing them to commit murder. This state of mind boosts the user quite a bit, at the cost of their own humanity. Either it be temporary due to such rage, or their own state of mind to walk.

Satsui No Hado: The evil energy within the Ansatsuken Art. When at 50% health or less it will automatically turn on if it wasn’t buffed on at the start. It gives double anger, halves regeneration and endurance. Since this form cannot be held back when used, it is always in a LETHAL within battle. Even if you accidentally killed a teammate. If you haven’t mastered this form, you cannot tell who friend or foe is especially if you haven’t mastered the Ansatsuken Art fully. (It has a roll to be gained on learning T2 Ansat.)

Slighty Enhances the Shoryuken to be Mestu Shoryuken. And the Hadoken to Mestu Hadoken.

Hado No Chikara: With Darkness comes light! The inspiring powers to replace the Satsui no Hado's killing potential are that of the Hado No Chikara, a flow of ki allowing one to embrace necessary violence and the Power of Nothingness, a state of mind to follow one’s own true power without needless destruction.

Gaining better force, speed, and some defense would possibly be a factor. Attaining this state of mind can be received after throwing aside the Satsui Completely, walking down more a heavenly path rather than dark.
