Requirements:
* At least three years of functional and user interface testing experience.
* Four-year technical degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent work
  experience.
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed team environment.
* Proven experience with software testing methodologies (white and black box).
* Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. Perl, VBScript,
  Ruby).
* Experience with source control and development environments.
* Experience with continuous integration and defect tracking systems.
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Watir is a plus.

Responsibilities:
* Review design documentation and UI prototypes to assess usability and
  testability.
* Design and develop automated test suites for new Friendster features.
* Maintain and improve existing automated tests.
* Coordinate with manual testing team to identify automation candidates from
  existing functional/regression test plans.
* Analyze automated test results to identify and mitigate problem areas.
* Monitor continuous integration servers to ensure smooth execution of automated
  tests.
