Starting point: Press Start Button at title screen when the text displays "Push Start Button"

Ending point: After you defeat the ninja-ish boss for Round 2. Time is when the boss is saved and you see the text "Lifesaver!!" on the screen.

Explanation of continue system: If you use up all your lives you will be given the option to continue from the round start

No changes in settings required.

Controls: A to jump and B to headbutt. If you hit B while jumping Bonk will spin in the air. You can use this to land onto enemies with your head or obstacles! OR rapidly hit B while jumping to spin rapidly through the air. This can be used to clear larger gaps.

Tips:
If you eat meat you will become invulnerable

If you approach a wall that seems too high to jump over, jump at it and Bonk will most likely grip at the wall with his teeth. Rapidly hit A to climb.
