  1. Erika Kruppman:
  2.
  3. Magical Weapon: Book that is also a shield. It has no other use than to block; this still baffles her. It is extremely inconvenient in that it cannot be used to hurt anything or anyone, but here's the thing: it bounces back /anything/.
  4.
  5. Magical Form: Surprisingly similar to her school uniform, yet with the colors inverted; now the 'skirt' is white and the 'shirt' is blue. Up to her chin, cheeks included, the entirety of her body becomes wrapped under pages of many types which contain the diary that she never dared write. As she is transformed, her hair becomes completely white and looks like a plain page no matter the angle it is looked at from; her thoughts can be read on it. Upon closer inspection, however, the clothes are infested with bizarre little details. Follows a scholarly pattern.
  6.
  7. Soul Gem:
  8. Color: Blue. I'm sure everyone saw this one coming.
  9. Shape: Sideways Marquise.
  10. Ornament: Eye with two pupils. Kinda creepy.
  11. Location: Where a necklace would be, right under her collarbone.
  12.
  13. Traits:
  14. -Born into a wealthy family, yet lacks in both manners and grace (unlike Lucinda).
  15. -Student Council President. Somehow skipped a school year. Constantly compared with historically relevant dictators.
  16. -Kind and idealistic, yet absurdly bad with people.
  17. -Abysmally low tolerance for open demonstrations of affection.
  18. -Hates hurting people.
  19. -Controlling.
  20. -Loves her grandad.
  21. -Mother and father are nowhere to be seen, both constantly having affairs.
  22. -Capable of locating Incubators.
  23. -Wrote the Begginner's Guide to Magical Girls, which remains unpublished.
  24. -Wrote the Magicae Encyclopedia. It remains gibberish.
  25. -Extreme bookworm.
  26. -Broken wish.
  27.
  28. Relationships:
  29. -Grandfather: Erika loves her grandpa very much, even despite his more-than-a-bit slightly tarnished past. He is the one person with which Erika allows herself to be... herself.
  30. -Laura Paddleton: Erika's self-proclaimed 'best friend', whatever that is. Acts as Erika's voice, saying the same things Erika wants to convey but in a way that doesn't make people end up on fluoxetine.
  31. -Antonio: Wise school janitor. The only other person in school that can stand Erika. Whereas Ramona is there out of naivety, Antonio's military scars help him understand the cold girl a bit better than most.
  32. -Her school: Erika is both her school's ace and student council president. She is popular in the same way Stalin was.
  33.
  34. Stats Explained:
  35. £ Physical Affinity: 4
  36. -Average physical power given that her shield isn't exactly the best at bashing skulls in. Regardless, strength is required to bounce
  37. λ Magical Affinity: 7
  38. -Already an addict to facts, Erika saw in her personal magic a way to finally feel safe, at least from anything in her immediate vicinity, and invested herself fully into it.
  39. 彡 Dexterity: 5
  40. -Erika is pretty fast. Given that her power is average, the almost magical power of getting the fuck out both suits and balances her.
  41. メ Perception: 4
  42. -Once a hawk for details, burying her face in books for too long had an impact on her eyes. Regardless, she's still as keen as usual to spot any stray pixels that could mean things are not in order. As they should.
  43. ⸫ Wisdom: 2
  44. -When it comes to people, she knows what to say and when to say it- she just doesn't know how. When it comes to everything else, Erika is pretty level-headed.
  45. π Intelligence: 6
  46. -She won't be working at NASA, but... no, there's no way to be sure. Erika is smart. Erika is seriously smart. Not absurdly smart, not comically smart, but seriously smart? I can give her that. Regardless, it is worth noting that most of her intellect comes from her hoarded sea of data and not for making up anything on the spot.
  47. ღ Charisma: 1
  48. -There is kindness in honesty, but... let me put it this way. Drinking water is nice for you. Drinking five whole bottles in one sitting? Now we are not so sure. Erika sees beauty in objectivity and pragmatism and often wonders why people run away crying when she's just trying to help. When it happens, not even the teachers dare to scold her.
  49. φ Mind: 6
  50. -Guilt and regret always come with loneliness, and you either learn to deal with them or punch someone in the dick. Erika managed the former which, given her nature, is quite nice.
  51. Ω Constitution: 3
  52. -Then again, she may need that power, because her bookworm constitution isn't exactly the greatest.
