Visit Oregon

Earlier today I saw a short video about Oregon. The video was made by someone who moved away from Oregon and is homesick. It features a beautiful drive through snowy mountains, a small waterfall with a natural pool of gorgeous clear water, and a nature path with a natural log bridge.

As I was watching this video, I was kind of blown away and thought to myself, I would love to visit places like that. Then, I realized that any destination in Oregon is less than an 8 hour drive away and I live in Oregon. I could visit every place in that video. Sure, I cant drive through snowy mountains during spring or summer but I've had almost a dozen winters in Oregon. There is so much beauty and opportunity in my own state and I don't take advantage of it.

Obviously now isn't the right time with the current pandemic. However, once everything has settled down and re-opened I really want to start seeing my state
