LOCKE
- weird tiefling/goblin aberration.

 - two horns sticking up from their hairline. glossy and matches the color of their skin. each horn has a set of 3 ring markings, each about an inch and a half wide, just below the tip; the two outer bands are the same color as their stripes, and the inner ring is glowing reddish-orange. the horn on their right is substantially taller, but not much thicker, and both point straight up. they have soft, rounded tips.
 - tail that is only about a foot long. fleshy. has a little band just before the end of the tail that glows, like the middle band on their horns.
- a second pair of large, bull-like horns that have a sort of dark, purpley-black color to them. they look much more sharp and jagged than the other horns, appearing almost like two horns twisted tightly together in that shape, angling sharply upwards at the ends.

- long, rounded ears
- goat-like eyes with yellow irises.
- glossy purple-black eyeshadow. matching lipstick.

- wears a sort of armored shawl in the form of a rigid, heavy metal cloak made out of an inch of solid steel that covers their top half. it completely restricts their arms and forces them to use telekinesis for most actions. terrible diagram: https://i.imgur.com/TtqRDnH.png
 -- at the top of the collar it is a dark, bluish steel, which forms a gradient as it goes lower into a metal the same color as their bull horns. subtle spirals texture the darker metal and become a bit more prominent the further down one looks.

- black, leather armored boots fitted to their weird feet, with fuzzy cuffs of orange fur.
- a black, cropped long-sleeved turtleneck.

- three studs of the purple-black metal along the top edge of each ear, and two tight bands around the bottom edge of each ear
- two eyebrow rings of the same metal on left eyebrow

- a pair of censers, made of the bluish steel that the collar of their shawl is made out of, are bound by chains three links long to metal bands embedded in their horns. these censers are shaped like tall, thin pyramids, with slim spiral shaped grates on the bottom portion where the flame is kept and thin slits that allows the smoke to escape on the otherwise solid top portion where the burning herbs are kept. the base of the pyramids has about an inch of the blackish-purple metal covering it. the lantern-like flame in the bottom half casts visible light through the grates and takes up about 75% of the total size. the smoke that emerges is a distinct, ghostly bluish-white (see color palette) bad diagram: https://i.imgur.com/b9fZdZj.png
