  1. ------------------------------
  2. KOKIRI FOREST
  3. ------------------------------
  4.
  5. Kokiri Sword Chest
  6. • Through the crawlspace in the south part of the village
  7.
  8. Cow in Link's House
  9. • After winning Epona from Ingo in Lon Lon Ranch as an adult, Malon has another race you can do, and if you complete it in 50 seconds or less, a cow is sent to Link's house, which gives an item after playing Epona's Song.
  10. • This item is disabled in this seed, because the race can be pretty difficult.
  11.
  12. Mido Chest (x4)
  13. • Mido's house is the one near the west exit, with the circle of rocks in front of it. All four chests are free.
  14.
  15. Kokiri Song of Storms Grotto

  18.
  19. Kokiri Shop Left (x4)
  20. • Large tree building in the northeast near the stepping stones
  21. • Four random items on the left shelves are sold for random amounts of money. Check for misspellings, as they indicate ice traps. (The items on the right shelves are standard shop items)
  22.

  37.
  38. Saria's Ocarina
  39. • Automatically collected when crossing the bridge leading out of Kokiri Forest into Hyrule Field (only works when going that direction. Leave and re-enter if it doesn't appear)

  48. • Right from entrance, play Ocarina along with Skull Kids in lower area (Randomizer shortens game and removes first two "practice sessions")
  49.
  50. Target in Woods
  51. • Right from entrance, shoot target with Slingshot and get 100 points three times in a row. The best way to do this if you don't have access to analog movement is to stand below it and shoot upwards. It will still probably require multiple attempts to find a good lineup, but it allows more precision than trying to hit it from the higher level.
  52.
  53. Bomb Grotto Chest
  54. • R L from entrance, break the boulder with Bombs/Hammer and enter grotto
  55. • Grotto is a generic one with a chest

  58. • R L R L L from entrance, a grotto is in the tall grass in the back, marked by butterflies. The Deku Scrubs inside the theatre respond to different masks.
  59. • This item is disabled in this seed, because the mask trading quest is tedious.
  60.
  61. Deku Theatre Mask of Truth
  62. • R L R L L from entrance, a grotto is in the tall grass in the back, marked by butterflies. The Deku Scrubs inside the theatre respond to different masks.

  80.

  100. • Automatically collected by reaching the north end of the map as adult
  101.
  102. Sacred Forest Meadow (GST)

  126. • Open grotto in south part of map, slightly northeast of the square made of fences
  127. • Grotto is a generic one with a chest
  128.
  129. Diving Heart Piece Grotto

  131. • Inside requires either Iron Boots or Golden Scale to get item at bottom of pool
  132.
  133. Cow in West Grotto
  134. • Use Bombs/Bombchus as child, or Hammer as adult (there will be a red boulder in the way that is not there as a child) to reveal grotto in the circle of rocks near the Gerudo Valley entrance

  148.
  149.
  150.
  151. ------------------------------
  152. CASTLE TOWN ENTRANCE
  153. ------------------------------
  154.
  155. 10 Big Poes
  156. • As adult, bring a Big Poe to the Poe salesman. The randomizer only requires one instead of all ten. One might be automatically included in a Bottle, but if not, you have to catch one somewhere in the field. This requires the Bow and is much easier with Epona, but does not specifically require her. I'm not going to bother listing these. Here's a map.
  157. https://www.zeldadungeon.net/wiki/images/d/d6/Poe-Map.jpg
  158.
  159. Castle Market Guard House (GST)
  160. • As child, roll into one of the crates in the back of the room
  161.
  162.
  163.
  164. ------------------------------
  165. CASTLE TOWN
  166. ------------------------------
  167.
  168. HAPPY MASK SHOP
  169. • This is not listed on the tracker since all of these are technically replacements for the Child Trade Item and not unique items, but I'll mention it here anyway. The Happy Mask Shop opens up after getting Zelda's Letter (by first getting the Weird Egg, hatching it, and using the chicken to wake Talon outside Hyrule Castle and then talk to Zelda inside).
  170. • In this seed, since the Deku Theatre rewards are disabled, the only mask that does anything significant is the Bunny Hood, which lets Link run faster with it equipped (child only, unfortunately). Gossip Stones can also be read without the Mask of Truth. But just for the hell of it, in normal gameplay, this is what you'd have to do:
  171. • Take the Keaton Mask to Rudy (the guard in Kakariko Village standing by the entrance to Death Mountain Trail
  172. • Take the Skull Mask to Skull Kid in the Lost Woods (left from entrance)
  173. • Take the Spooky Mask to the kid in Kakariko Graveyard during the day
  174. • Take the Bunny Hood to the Running Man running around Hyrule Field. He only spawns after collecting all three Spiritual Stones, and he'll only talk to you at night. When you give him the item, he'll fill your wallet completely.
  175. • The Mask of Truth is the "final reward". The Goron, Zora, and Gerudo Masks don't do anything.
  176.
  177. Child Shooting Gallery
  178. • Get a perfect score in the Slingshot minigame, in the building with a picture of a target above it
  179. • This item is disabled in this seed, because it can be difficult to aim quickly on emulator.
  180.
  181. Bombchu Bowling (x2)
  182. • Beat all three stages of the Bombchu Bowling minigame, in the building with the staircase on the outside (there are two unique rewards from doing this, plus random nonessential rewards)
  183. • These items are disabled in this seed, because it can be difficult to aim precisely on emulator. And also the minigame is somewhat luck-based and it just sucks in general.
  184.
  185. Treasure Chest Game
  186. • At night, enter the door to the right of the exit to Hyrule Field. Use the Lens of Truth to always open the chest with a key in it. This can be brute-forced without the Lens, but it's a 1/64 chance.
  187.
  188. Dog Lady
  189. • At night, there is a white dog running behind the market stand to the left of the exit to Hyrule Field. Run around him until he starts following you, then bring him into the alleyway to the right and enter the door on the right to return him to his owner.
  190.
  191. Bombchu Shop Left (x4)
  192. • At night, enter the alleyway to the right of the exit to Hyrule Field and go in the left door.
  193. • Four random items on the left shelves are sold for random amounts of money. Check for misspellings, as they indicate ice traps. (The items on the right shelves are standard shop items)
  194.
  195. Child Bazaar Left (x4)
  196. • Shop with a picture of a bearded man's face above it
  197. • Four random items on the left shelves are sold for random amounts of money. Check for misspellings, as they indicate ice traps. (The items on the right shelves are standard shop items)
  198.
  199. Child Potion Shop Left (x4)
  200. • Shop with a picture of a cauldron above it
  201. • Four random items on the left shelves are sold for random amounts of money. Check for misspellings, as they indicate ice traps. (The items on the right shelves are standard shop items)
  202.
  203. This is not listed on the tracker, but be sure to pick up the Bunny Hood from the Happy Mask Shop (building to the right of the exit to Hyrule Castle) after obtaining Zelda's Letter. Young Link will run faster with it equipped. None of the other masks do anything significant.
  204.
  205.
  206.
  207. ------------------------------
  208. TEMPLE OF TIME
  209. ------------------------------
  210.
  211. Prelude of Light
  212. • Automatically collected when near the Master Sword pedestal as adult, after Forest Medallion is obtained
  213.
  214. Light Arrows
  215. • Automatically collected when entering the temple as adult after the Shadow and Spirit Medallions are obtained.
  216. • The original plan was to have this item check require all dungeon items, and the item would always be the Ganon's Castle boss key. Due to changes in the randomizer, that is no longer the case, but you should still receive that boss key automatically after completing the final dungeon.
  217.
  218.
  219.
  220. ------------------------------
  221. HYRULE CASTLE GROUNDS
  222. ------------------------------
  223.
  224. Malon's Weird Egg
  225. • Talk to Malon, standing near the entrance to the area (may also be in Castle Town at night)
  226.
  227. Zelda's Lullaby
  228. • Enter the castle by sneaking past the guards and waking Talon with the Cucco. After skipping the rest of the stealth section and Zelda's cutscene, the item is received by approaching Impa.
  229.
  230. Hyrule Castle Fairy
  231. • Blow up the boulder in the dead-end after passing the first few guards, before the path curves left. Then play Zelda's Lullaby in the fairy fountain.
  232.
  233. Hyrule Castle Tree (GST)
  234. • Roll into the tree at the entrance to the area
  235.
  236. Hyrule Castle Grotto (GST)
  237. • Play Song of Storms to reveal grotto at the base of the tree right outside the castle, near where Talon sleeps
  238. • Inside requires Bombs/Bombchus and Boomerang to get Skulltula drop
  239.
  240.
  241.
  242. ------------------------------
  243. GANON'S CASTLE GROUNDS
  244. ------------------------------
  245.
  246. Ganon's Castle Fairy
  247. • Lift the giant pillar using Gold Gauntlets, then play Zelda's Lullaby in the fairy fountain.
  248.
  249. Outside Ganon's Castle (GST)
  250. • On the side of a pillar right on the edge of the cliff overlooking the lava crater. Can be gotten with a backflip, though you'll void out and take damage afterwards.
  251.
  252.
  253.
  254. ------------------------------
  255. LON LON RANCH
  256. ------------------------------
  257.
  258. Epona's Song
  259. • Talk to Malon in the center of the horse pen after obtaining Zelda's Letter
  260.
  261. Talon's Chickens Minigame
  262. • Enter the first door on the left from the Hyrule Field entrance. After obtaining Zelda's Letter, you can play Talon's minigame of finding three specific chickens in a time limit. If this proves difficult, a way to cheese it is by throwing all (or most) of the other chickens behind the counter before the minigame begins, so the three special ones will pretty much be on their own.
  263.
  264. Tower Heart Piece
  265. • In the tower in the southwest corner of the map, push the crates to find a crawlspace behind them
  266.
  267. Cow in Tower (x2)
  268. • In the tower in the southwest corner of the map, play Epona's Song for the two cows
  269.
  270. Cow in Stables (x2)
  271. • Enter the first door on the right from the Hyrule Field entrance, then play Epona's Song for the two cows
  272.
  273. Lon Lon Farm Grotto Deku Salesman (x3)
  274. • Open grotto in the southeast corner
  275. • Grotto contains three Deku Salesmen, which each sell an item for 10 rupees
  276.
  277. Lon Lon Ranch Tree (GST)
  278. • Roll into the tree next to the house (to your left when entering the main open part of the ranch)
  279.
  280. Lon Lon Ranch Rain Shed (GST)
  281. • On the outside of the roofed section of the horse pen (southeast corner)
  282.
  283. Lon Lon Ranch Back Wall (GST)
  284. • Up on the wall near the tower in the southwest corner of the map. Requires Boomerang.
  285.
  286. Lon Lon Ranch House Window (GST)
  287. • On a high window of the house to your left when entering the area. Requires Boomerang.
  288.
  289.
  290.
  291. ------------------------------
  292. LAKE HYLIA
  293. ------------------------------
  294.
  295. Underwater Bottle
  296. • Using the Silver Scale, dive near the underwater pillars to reach a freestanding item (this is also near the warp to Zora's Domain)
  297.
  298. Lake Hylia Sun
  299. • By the giant tree, stand in front of the stone slab thing (the one that says to shoot the sun) and shoot an arrow at the sun as soon as it rises above the horizon. This will spawn an item on the small island.
  300. • If Morpha, the Water Temple boss, has been defeated (regardless of where the randomizer put that dungeon), the lake will be full of water and it can be collected easily. If not, it can be gotten by spawning a scarecrow on the island (pull out the Ocarina on the east side of the island, between it and the higher ground with the tree), and then you can Longshot to the scarecrow using an annoyingly precise angle from the north.
  301.
  302. Diving in the Lab
  303. • The intended way to get this one is to dive to the bottom of the pool in the Laboratory (which requires the Gold Scale), then talk to the scientist.
  304. • This can be avoided if you have the Iron Boots and Hookshot, by sinking to the bottom of the pool, Hookshotting the crate, and taking off the Iron Boots mid-grapple (before reaching the crate). It'll play the secret jingle if you do it correctly.
  305.
  306. Lab Underwater Crate (GST)
  307. • Use Iron Boots to sink to the bottom of the pool in the Laboratory, then roll into the crate to break it and use the Hookshot to kill the Skulltula
  308.
  309. Child Fishing
  310. • Catch a fish that's at least 10 pounds as a child
  311. • This item is disabled in this seed, because fishing takes forever and is annoying.
  312.
  313. Adult Fishing
  314. • Catch a fish that's at least 13 pounds as an adult
  315. • This item is disabled in this seed, because fishing takes forever and is annoying.
  316.
  317. Lab Roof Heart Piece
  318. • Using the Hookshot or a Magic Bean plant, reach the lab roof and climb the ladder, attempting to not get knocked off by the Guay a dozen times in the process
  319.
  320. Lake Hylia Grave Deku Salesman (x3)
  321. • Move grave on island (the one the owl is standing on as a child) to reveal grotto
  322. • Grotto contains three Deku Salesmen, which each sell an item for 10 rupees
  323.
  324. Lake Hylia Small Island (GST)
  325. • On one of the pillars on the small square island in the southeast
  326.
  327. Lake Hylia Lab Wall (GST)
  328. • On the back of the Laboratory by the bridge. Can be collected with a midair jumpslash off the side of the bridge, but it may take a few tries.
  329.
  330. Lake Hylia Bean Patch (GST)
  331. • Put bugs into the dirt patch outside the Laboratory
  332.
  333. Lake Hylia Giant Tree GST)
  334. • Longshot to the top of the giant tree
  335.
  336.
  337.
  338. ------------------------------
  339. GERUDO VALLEY
  340. ------------------------------
  341.
  342. Cow near Gerudo Fortress
  343. • Play Epona's Song for the cow on the ledge down at the bottom of the canyon near the waterfall (float down with a chicken)
  344.
  345. Gerudo Valley Hammer Rocks Chest
  346. • To the left of the entrance to Gerudo's Fortress, there's a chest behind a bunch of red boulders that can be broken with the hammer.
  347. • The collision of the boulders doesn't exist if you're standing far enough away from them, so if you have the Longshot and can manage to aim at the chest through the boulders (without being able to see it), you can reach it without the Hammer.
  348.
  349. Gerudo Valley Crate Heart Piece
  350. • Use the chicken to float down to a ledge with a crate on it, left of the bridge.
  351. • To get this item without losing the chicken (so you can use it again to reach the cow platform), throw the chicken and roll into the crate to break it, pick up the chicken and throw it again, pick up the item and mash through the text, then pick it up again. If you pick up the item while holding it, it'll just run off the platform.
  352.
  353. Gerudo Behind Tent Grotto Deku Salesman (x2)
  354. • Play Song of Storms to reveal a grotto behind the carpenter tent
  355. • Grotto contains two Deku Salesmen, which each sell an item for 10 rupees
  356.
  357. Gerudo Valley Waterfall Heart Piece
  358. • Climb the ladder behind the waterfall to reach this. The ladder can be reached from a long ledge that can be reached by floating down with a chicken.
  359.
  360. Gerudo Valley Small Bridge (GST)
  361. • On the wall to the right when crossing the small bridge at the entrance to the area. Requires Boomerang.
  362.
  363. Gerudo Valley Behind Tent (GST)
  364. • On the wall behind the tent on the far end of the bridge. Requires Hookshot.
  365.
  366. Gerudo Valley Pillar (GST)
  367. • On a stone pillar near the red boulders on the far end of the bridge. Requires Hookshot.
  368.
  369. Gerudo Valley Bean Patch (GST)
  370. • Put bugs into the dirt patch on the ledge down at the bottom of the canyon near the waterfall (float down with a chicken)
  371.
  372.
  373.
  374. ------------------------------
  375. KAKARIKO VILLAGE
  376. ------------------------------
  377.
  378. Anju as Adult
  379. • As an adult, talk to the lady standing by the chicken pen near the Graveyard entrance
  380.
  381. Anju's Chickens
  382. • Bring all seven chickens into the pen near the Graveyard entrance, then talk to the lady. The chicken locations are:
  383. • At the entrance to the village (from Hyrule Field)
  384. • Right next to the pen
  385. • On a ledge next to the Skulltula House (the one next to the one being built). Must be floated to.
  386. • In a crate at the base of the stairs leading up to the north end of the village
  387. • Near the exit to Death Mountain Trail
  388. • In the fenced off area in the northeast (float from the ledge by the windmill)
  389. • On the higher ledge reached by climbing the ladder in the previous location
  390.
  391. Kakariko Redead Grotto Chest
  392. • Use Bombs/Bombchu or Hammer to reveal a grotto roughly in the middle of the village's open entrance area. This one's sort of hard to describe. Go straight east from the tree until you're aligned with the bottom of the stairs leading up to the north part of town with the Death Mountain entrance. The hole is right around there.
  393. • Chest appears after killing a Redead
  394.
  395. Kakariko Grotto Chest
  396. • Open grotto in the fenced area by the potion shop (northeast part of village)
  397. • Grotto is a generic one with a chest
  398.
  399. Windmill Heart Piece
  400. • The intended method is to grab this after exiting Dampe's Grave. It can also be grabbed with the Boomerang.
  401. • Alternatively, as an adult, backflip onto one of the "pyramid" ledge things, then do a rolling jump to the spinning center platform. Not the extended part, the actual center of it. It doesn't look like you can make it, but you can.
  402.
  403. Song of Storms
  404. • As an adult, show the Ocarina to the music box guy in the Windmill
  405.
  406. Man on Roof
  407. • The intended method is to use the Hookshot to reach the rooftop the man is sitting on.
  408. • Alternatively, as a child, climb the tall watchtower during the day, stand in the southeast (back-left) corner, hold Z, walk left, and jump. You should land on the fence and can walk over to the man.
  409.
  410. Cow in Impa's House
  411. • Enter Impa's house (the big one against the south wall) and play Epona's Song for the cow
  412.
  413. Cow Heart Piece
  414. • The intended method (not counting the one that involves riding the owl, since the dropoff locations are randomized) is to use the hookshot to reach the top of Impa's house (the big one against the south wall), which is a bit of a process since you have to go between multiple roofs to reach it, then drop down onto the ledge and enter the crack in the wall.
  415. • You can also use a chicken (as child) and throw it onto the half-built structure, then use it to float to the white foundation beams and then float from there to the platform on the back of Impa's house. The problem is the carpenter running back and forth, because he'll knock you off if you're not quick.
  416. • A much easier method is to stand on the haybales in the chicken pen and, ignoring the platform above you entirely, jump up and grab the bottom of the doorway.
  417.
  418. Nocturne of Shadow
  419. • Automatically collected when entering the village after obtaining the Forest, Fire, and Water Medallions
  420.
  421. Skulltula House (x5)
  422. • Enter the house next to the one that's under construction (which becomes the Shooting Gallery as an adult) and talk to the restored people after collecting 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 Skulltula Tokens
  423. • The final person will be restored after collecting all 100, but he only gives you money.
  424.
  425. Adult Shooting Gallery
  426. • Get a perfect score in the Bow minigame, in the building built in the south side of town
  427. • This item is disabled in this seed, because it can be difficult to aim quickly on emulator.
  428.
  429. Kakariko Tree
  430. • Roll into the tree near the entrance from Hyrule Field
  431.
  432. Kakariko Skulltula House
  433. • On the side of the house next to the one that's under construction
  434.
  435. Kakariko House Under Construction
  436. • On the bricks in the center of the construction area
  437.
  438. Kakariko Guard's House
  439. • On the side of the house near the exit to Death Mountain Crater
  440.
  441. Kakariko Watchtower
  442. • On the ladder that leads to the top of the tall watchtower. Must be killed with the Slingshot or a Bombchu.
  443.
  444. Kakariko Above Impa's House
  445. • Get on top of Impa's house (the big one against the south wall) by Hookshotting from rooftop to rooftop, and it's on the wall
  446.
  447. Adult Bazaar Left (x4)
  448. • Left building on the way up to Death Mountain Trail
  449. • Four random items on the left shelves are sold for random amounts of money. Check for misspellings, as they indicate ice traps. (The items on the right shelves are standard shop items)
  450.
  451. Adult Potion Shop Left (x4)
  452. • Right building on the way up to Death Mountain Trail
  453. • Four random items on the left shelves are sold for random amounts of money. Check for misspellings, as they indicate ice traps. (The items on the right shelves are standard shop items)
  454.
  455.
  456.
  457. ------------------------------
  458. KAKARIKO GRAVEYARD
  459. ------------------------------
  460.
  461. Dampe Digging
  462. • Enter the area in early night (making it night with Sun's Song makes it too late) and pay Dampe 10 rupees to dig in the dirt. The randomizer guarantees he will find the item on the first try.
  463.
  464. Dampe Race 1
  465. • As adult, move the leftmost grave in the row to the left of the entrance (has flowers in front of it)
  466. • All you have to do for this one is follow Dampe and reach the end of the maze. There's no time limit other than the ones that are set by Dampe closing doors behind him.
  467. • Generally, it's best to be "slow and steady" here rather than trying to rush. Rolling is faster than walking, but if you find it hard to roll without hitting walls or touching the fire he drops, it's not worth it. Towards the end of the path, there's a three-way fork in the road, and Dampe goes left, but it's slightly faster to go straight forward instead. If you have Longshot, you can also use it to speed up the last room by targeting one of the torches at the top.
  468. • Be aware that the end of the race is a softlock (requiring a save + restart) unless you have the Song of Time or manage to crush yourself under the closing door.
  469.
  470. Dampe Race 2
  471. • Complete Dampe's race (as explained above) in 60 seconds or less.
  472. • This item is disabled in this seed due to it requiring a fair amount of precision, and that can be difficult with non-analog controls.
  473.
  474. Shield Grave Chest
  475. • Under second grave from the left in the first row froom the entrance (has flowers in front of it). Chest is free.
  476. • As a child, the grave can only be moved at night
  477.
  478. Redead Grave Chest
  479. • Under fourth grave from the right (second from the left in the second "set" of graves) in the second row from the entrance (does not have any flowers or any other indication)
  480. • Inside the grave, play Sun's Song near the Redead to spawn the chest.
  481. • As a child, the grave can only be moved at night
  482.
  483. Sun's Song
  484. • Play Zelda's Lullaby on the Triforce mark in front of the large grave in the back of the graveyard. Inside the grave, kill the Keese, ignore the Redeads, and examine the wall at the end.
  485.
  486. Sun's Song Chest
  487. • In the same area as the above item check, in the first room with the Keese, light the torches using Din's Fire or Fire Arrows to spawn a chest. You might think you can get a lit Deku Stick there before it burns up, but good luck with that.
  488.
  489. Magic Bean Heart Piece
  490. • In a crate on the high ledge to the left of the entrance. Can be reached by planing a Magic Bean as a child and coming back as an adult, or by using the Longshot to grab the crate. The Boomerang also works but the lineup is harder.
  491.
  492. Graveyard Wall
  493. • On the back-right (southeast) wall. Requires Boomerang.
  494.
  495. Graveyard Bean Patch
  496. • Put bugs into the dirt patch to the left of the entrance
  497.
  498.
  499.
  500. ------------------------------
  501. DEATH MOUNTAIN TRAIL
  502. ------------------------------
  503.
  504. Heart Piece Above Dodongo Cavern
  505. • Nobody ever gets this the intended way. Just stand where the bomb flower is up above (near the Goron City entrance) and backflip down onto the ledge.
  506.
  507. Outside Goron City Chest
  508. • Use Bombs/Bombchu or Hammer to break the wall to your left as you approach the Goron City entrance
  509.
  510. Summit Fairy Fountain
  511. • Use Bombs/Bombchu or Hammer to break the wall at the top of Death Mountain, then play Zelda's Lullaby in the fairy fountain.
  512.
  513. Cow in Mountain Grotto
  514. • Along the path leading up to the top of the mountain, break the boulder with Bombs/Hammer and enter grotto
  515. • Inside, just play Epona's Song for the cow. The Rupees here respawn but otherwise there's no other item inside.
  516.
  517. Outside Goron City Grotto
  518. • Play Song of Storms to reveal grotto in the circle of rocks right outside the Goron City entrance
  519. • Grotto is a generic one with a chest
  520.
  521. Biggoron Sword
  522. • Deliver the Claim Check to Biggoron at the top of Death Mountain as an adult
  523. • The randomizer removes the entire trade quest, so the Claim Check is just a random item like any other and requires no additional work to obtain. You're welcome.
  524.
  525. Mountain Trail Bomb Alcove (GST)
  526. • Right after entering the area from Kakariko Village, use Bombs/Bombchu or Hammer to break the wall to the right. The wall that the Skulltula is on can be climbed (despite lacking any visual indication of this), so the Boomerang/Hookshot is not needed.
  527.
  528. Mountain Trail Above Dodongo's Cavern (GST)
  529. • Skulltula is behind a red boulder in the area overlooking Dodongo's Cavern (right outside the Goron City entrance)
  530. • Can be gotten with the Longshot instead of the Hammer (See "Gerudo Valley Hammer Rocks Chest")
  531.
  532. Mountain Trail Bean Patch (GST)
  533. • Put bugs into the dirt patch in front of the Dodongo's Cavern entrance
  534.
  535. Mountain Trail Path to Crater (GST)
  536. • Skulltula is behind a red boulder along the path with constant eruptions leading up to the top of Death Mountain
  537. • Can be gotten with the Longshot instead of the Hammer (See "Gerudo Valley Hammer Rocks Chest"). I believe it can also be gotten by killing the Skulltula with a Bomb and backflipping into the boulder at just the right angle.
  538.
  539.
  540.
  541. ------------------------------
  542. GORON CITY
  543. ------------------------------
  544.
  545. Left Boulder Maze Chest
  546. • On the upper floor in the northwest corner, there's a maze of boulders with three chests on the far end. The leftmost one requires either the Hammer or Silver Gauntlets.
  547.
  548. Center / Right Boulder Maze Chest
  549. • On the upper floor in the northwest corner, there's a maze of boulders with three chests on the far end. The center and right ones can be reached with Bombs/Bombchus or the Hammer. (The most efficient way to reach the end using bombs is to go right, then left at the next intersection, then right)
  550.
  551. Hot Rodder Goron
  552. • As a child, use a Bomb/Bombchu to stop the large rolling Goron. This must specifically be done in the tunnel at the north end of the city.
  553.
  554. Link the Goron
  555. • As an adult, stop the rolling Goron. The easiest way is to use the Bow to shoot a bomb flower right as he passes it, but it can also be done by just throwing a Bomb (or bomb flower) or using a Bombchu.
  556.
  557. Medi-Goron
  558. • As a child, blow up a series of four walls on the south wall of the second-to-top floor to reach Medigoron, who sells an item for 200 rupees
  559.
  560. Spinning Pot Heart Piece
  561. • Light the torches on the bottom floor (a lit torch is in Darunia's Room, or you can use Din's Fire) to spin the pot, then throw a Bomb or bomb flower into it from the floor above. If it lands on the happy face (which it usually should in the randomizer), it'll drop an item.
  562.
  563. Darunia's Joy
  564. • Open the door to Darunia's room (door on bottom floor) by playing Zelda's Lullaby in front of it, then play Saria's Song for him
  565.
  566. Goron City Grotto Deku Salesman (x3)
  567. • There's a grotto at far end of the lava room in the northeast corner of the city. Inside it are three Deku Salesmen, which each sell an item for 10 rupees. There are two methods of crossing.
  568. • One is to use the Hookshot target, which requires being able to target it while standing in the lava without taking damage (since that takes you out of first person mode), so this requires the Goron Tunic or Nayru's Love.
  569. • The other is to spawn a Song of Time block in front of the starting ledge, then stand in the lava a bit past it (taking damage is fine) and spawn another one while standing in the lava. For some reason, standing on top of the first one and playing the song will not spawn the second one, it's a bit stupid.
  570.
  571. Goron City Boulder Maze (GST)
  572. • In a crate at the far end of the boulder maze on the upper floor in the northwest corner. The boulders must be blown up with Bombs or Bombchus. (The most efficient way to reach the end is to go right, then left at the next intersection, then right)
  573.
  574. Goron City Center Platform (GST)
  575. • On the back of the Goron Ruby platform hanging over the center of the city (can be collected without Hookshot by backflipping onto the pedestal and walking backwards off of it to grab the ledge)
  576.
  577. Goron Shop Left (x4)
  578. • On the bottom floor - can be entered as child or adult, both with different conditions
  579. • To enter as child, blow up the wall using a Bomb/Bombchu or bomb flower, or use fire (a lit Deku Stick coming from Darunia's room if it's been opened, or Din's Fire) to drop the bomb flowers off the wall next to the door.
  580. • To enter as adult, you must first stop Link the Goron (explained above).
  581. • Four random items on the left shelves are sold for random amounts of money. Check for misspellings, as they indicate ice traps. (The items on the right shelves are standard shop items)
  582.
  583.
  584.
  585. ------------------------------
  586. DEATH MOUNTAIN CRATER
  587. ------------------------------
  588.
  589. Bolero of Fire
  590. • Automatically collected by crossing bridge leading to Fire Temple entrance as adult
  591.
  592. Crater Wall Heart Piece
  593. • From upper entrance, run straight forward and slightly left, then backwalk off the ledge to grab a climbable wall, then climb down into an alcove
  594.
  595. Mountain Crater Ladder Deku Salesman
  596. • As child, from upper entrance, turn left and drop to a lower ledge with a Deku Salesman. Young Link can't use the Goron Tunic, so this is done on a time limit.
  597.
  598. Crater Grotto
  599. • In the middle of the circle of rocks near the upper entrance, break the boulder with Bombs/Hammer and enter grotto
  600. • Grotto is a generic one with a chest
  601.
  602. Crater Magic Bean Heart Piece
  603. • The intended way is to plant a Magic Bean as a child (which requires Bolero of Fire to reach the dirt patch) and ride the plant to the top of the volcano.
  604. • This can be skipped with Hover Boots. From the Goron City secret exit, walk right until you reach a bridge. Don't get on it, but stand next to it, and turn left towards the volcano that has the item on top. With Hover Boots equipped, running forward should put you on a polygon that can be walked up without issue.
  605.
  606. Crater Fairy Fountain
  607. • Use Hammer to break the boulders blocking the entrance near the Goron City secret exit, then play Zelda's Lullaby inside the fairy fountain
  608.
  609. Mountain Crater near Goron City Grotto Deku Salesman (x3)
  610. • Use Hammer to break a boulder left from the Goron City secret exit
  611. • Grotto contains three Deku Salesmen, which each sell an item for 10 rupees
  612.
  613. Mountain Crater Bean Patch (GST)
  614. • Use the Bolero of Fire to reach the dirt patch as a child, then put bugs into it
  615.
  616. Death Mountain Crater Crate (GST)
  617. • As child, roll into the crate immediately in front of you when entering from the top of Death Mountain
  618.
  619.
  620.
  621. ------------------------------
  622. ZORA'S RIVER
  623. ------------------------------
  624.
  625. Frog Ocarina Game
  626. • Play all the non-warp songs except Song of Storms to the frogs that appear when standing on the log halfway up the river. Each will give you 50 rupees. After this, they'll play another game where you just have to play the correct notes quickly enough. The notes are:
  627. A ◄ ► ▼ ◄ ► ▼ A ▼ A ▼ ► ◄ A
  628.
  629. Frogs in the Rain
  630. • Play Song of Storms to the frogs that appear when standing on the log halfway up the river
  631.
  632. Zora River Heart Piece 1
  633. • This is the one on a high ledge halfway up the river.
  634. • As child, a chicken can be brought through the area (throwing and recatching it as necessary), and must be used to reach the ladder that leads up to the cliff that the river cuts through. From there, a second chicken is used to float to the platform with the item.
  635. • As an adult, the water is shallow enough to not have to worry about getting up to the top of the cliff, but Hover Boots are needed to reach the item.
  636.
  637. Zora River Heart Piece 2
  638. • This is the one near the waterfall blocking Zora's Domain.
  639. • As child, bring the chicken from the start of the area (throwing and recatching it as necessary) all the way to the end, and use it to float to the platform.
  640. • As adult, Hover Boots are needed.
  641.
  642. Zora River Grotto
  643. • Open grotto at top of the cliff that the river cuts through halfway through the area. Getting to the ladder that leads there as a child requires the chicken. (The grotto in question is the uncovered one that has to be jumped to, the one under a boulder is just a fairy fountain.)
  644. • Grotto is a generic one with a chest
  645.
  646. Zora River Entrance Grotto Deku Salesman (x2)
  647. • Play Song of Storms to reveal grotto in the center of the circle of rocks near the entrance from Hyrule Field
  648. • Grotto contains two Deku Salesmen, which each sell an item for 10 rupees
  649.
  650. Zora River Bean Salesman
  651. • Sitting near the entrance from Hyrule Field, sells an item for 60 rupees
  652.
  653. Zora River Tree (GST)
  654. • Roll into the tree near the entrance from Hyrule Field
  655.
  656. Zora River Ladder (GST)
  657. • On the lowest ladder near the waterfall blocking Zora's Domain
  658.
  659. Zora River Near Raised Grottos (GST)
  660. • High up on the south wall atop the cliff that the river cuts through halfway through the area. Requires Hookshot.
  661.
  662. Zora River Above Bridge (GST)
  663. • Very high up on the north wall immediately after crossing the last bridge leading to the waterfall blocking Zora's Domain. Requires Hookshot, and may also require standing on the fence.
  664.
  665.
  666.
  667. ------------------------------
  668. ZORA'S RIVER
  669. ------------------------------
  670.
  671. Diving Minigame
  672. • The left path leading out of King Zora's room leads to the top of a waterfall. Pay the Zora 20 rupees, then jump down and dive to collect 5 blue rupees under a time limit, then return to the top for the prize.
  673.
  674. Zoras Domain Torch Run
  675. • Use a Deku Stick to bring fire all the way from King Zora's room to the torches behind the waterfall to spawn a chest
  676.
  677. King Zora Thawed
  678. • As adult, thaw King Zora using a Bottle with Blue Fire, then talk to him
  679.
  680. Zora's Domain Frozen Waterfall (GST)
  681. • As adult, take the left path out of King Zora's room to the top of the frozen waterfall, then turn left to see the Skulltula on the wall. Hookshot or Hover Boots are recommended (but apparently not needed according to the tracker?)
  682.
  683. Zora Shop Left (x4)
  684. • Door in south end of area near the shallow water
  685. • Entering as adult requires a Bottle with Blue Fire
  686. • Four random items on the left shelves are sold for random amounts of money. Check for misspellings, as they indicate ice traps. (The items on the right shelves are standard shop items)
  687.
  688.
  689.
  690. ------------------------------
  691. ZORA'S FOUNTAIN
  692. ------------------------------
  693.
  694. Fairy Fountain
  695. • Blow up the wall behind a bombable boulder in the southeast corner, then play Zelda's Lullaby in the fairy fountain
  696.
  697. Iceberg Heart Piece
  698. • As adult, jump between the icebergs to reach an item sitting on one
  699.
  700. Underwater Heart Piece
  701. • Sink to the bottom of the fountain using Iron Boots. Zora's Tunic shouldn't be required unless you have very few hearts.
  702.
  703. Zora's Fountain Tree (GST)
  704. • Roll into the tree in the southeast corner outside the fairy fountain
  705.
  706. Zora's Fountain Above the Log (GST)
  707. • Turn right from the entrance from Zora's Domain and climb the fallen log, and it'll be on the wall to the right. Boomerang required.
  708.
  709. Zora's Fountain Hidden Cave (GST)
  710. • Use Silver Gauntlets to lift the gray boulder in the southeast corner outside the fairy fountain, then proceed through the hallway of invisible hanging Skulltulas, climb up, and kill it with the Hookshot.
  711. • Better known as "Intern Quest"
  712.
  713.
  714.
  715. ------------------------------
  716. GERUDO'S FORTRESS
  717. ------------------------------
  718.
  719. Fortress Rooftop Chest
  720. • Reach top of fortress and cross the gap leading to the chest with Hover Boots, Longshot, or spawning a scarecrow and using Hookshot. The difficult part is reaching the top of the fortress.
  721. • A quick way to reach the top is to enter the east door behind the crates on ground level, proceed through the room with the big soup pot, then up the ramp at the far end of that room to come back outside. Climb the small ledge to Link's left, jump across the small gap, then climb the vines. (This method works without the Membership Card as well, but will require getting past guards, which can be annoying)
  722.
  723. Carpenter Guard 1
  724. • Enter the northernmost door on ground level to find a carpenter, then defeat the Gerudo guard to get an item that she drops (which should always be a key to the cell).
  725.
  726. Rescued all Carpenters
  727. • Immediately after the above item check, open the cell and receive another item from the Gerudo that shows up.
  728.
  729. Horseback Archery Game (x2)
  730. • In the large area at the top of the hill to the east, play the archery game and score at least 1000 points for one reward, and at least 1500 for another. Requires the Bow and access to Epona.
  731. • These items are disabled in this seed, because it can be difficult to aim quickly and accurately on emulator.
  732.
  733. Gerudo Fortress Top Floor (GST)
  734. • In basically the same location as "Fortress Rooftop Chest", follow the same instructions for that item check to reach this, though this one has to be at night. May also be reachable from lower ledges.
  735.
  736. Gerudo Fortress Archery Range (GST)
  737. • On the northern target in the large area at the top of the hill to the east
  738.
  739.
  740.
  741. ------------------------------
  742. HAUNTED WASTELAND
  743. ------------------------------
  744.
  745. Haunted Wasteland Chest
  746. • In the structure in the center of the desert (after following the flags but before the Poe), light the torches in the basement to spawn a chest
  747.
  748. Bombchu Carpet Salesman
  749. • After crossing the quicksand river, turn left at the small sign and use Hover Boots or a well-timed midair jumpslash to reach the magic carpet, then pay the hippie 200 rupees
  750.
  751. Wasteland Ruins (GST)
  752. • In the basement of the structure in the center of the desert (after following the flags but before the Poe)
  753.
  754.
  755.
  756. ------------------------------
  757. DESERT COLOSSUS
  758. ------------------------------
  759.
  760. Requiem of Spirit
  761. • Automatically collected when exiting the Spirit Temple (main entrance) for the first time
  762.
  763. Desert Grotto Deku Salesman (x2)
  764. • Use Silver Gauntlets to lift the gray boulder northeast from the Spirit Temple entrance to uncover a grotto
  765. • Grotto contains two Deku Salesmen, which each sell an item for 10 rupees
  766.
  767. Desert Colossus Fairy
  768. • Blow up the cracked wall between the palm trees to the right of the entrance from Haunted Wasteland, then play Zelda's Lullaby inside the fairy fountain
  769.
  770. Desert Colossus Heart Piece
  771. • Use the Requiem of Spirit to reach the area as a child and plant a Magic Bean in the dirt patch in front of the temple entrance. Come back as an adult and ride the plant, jumping off it onto the stone archway at the end of the path it takes.
  772.
  773. Desert Colossus Palm Tree (GST)
  774. • At the top of one of the palm trees surrounding the oasis in the southern part of the area. Requires Hookshot (this is not a "roll into the tree" Skulltula).
  775.
  776. Desert Colossus Hill (GST)
  777. • On top of a hill north of the center of the map. The intended method is to ride the Magic Bean plant, but it can also be collected with the Hookshot from the ground.
  778. • The angle is not that difficult, but it can be very annoying because of the Leevers constantly spawning. If you kill enough of them to spawn a giant purple one and then kill that, they will stop appearing for a little while and give an opportunity to line up properly.
  779.
  780. Desert Colossus Bean Patch (GST)
  781. • Use the Requiem of Spirit to reach the area as a child, then put bugs into the dirt patch in front of the temple entrance
