asylum as usual
go through valley, pick up all 3 souls and the estoc
you need to dupe at least 1 soul
pick up RTSR
get bkh, GCS, kill lizard
buy BA, upgrade to +4
rest at parish, lvl up STR as much as you can.
do SGS with the estoc (will kill the hollow)
RTSR by taking a counter hit from the arrow trap.
buy a blossom (make sure you have 1K souls)

Rest at AL bonfire, LVL 25 STR, 18 DEX, the rest in END
RTSR by a no counter from silver knight
*O&S (RTSR BKH, moveswap)*
get lordvessel, take bonfire, level: 27 STR, 20 END, warp to parish
buy crest, smithbox, upgrade to +2
RTSR by 2 hits from the demon (wear chest piece)
pick up stone armour
dupe soul of smough while waiting for the door to open
pick up hornet ring
*sif (no GCS only BKH equipped)*
dupe soul of smough while waiting for homeward bone, the bone out
level: 28 END, warp to firelink
go to quelaag
*quelaag (RTSR stunlock)*
take demon ruins bonfire and level VIT if you're a peach (17 VIT is the equivalent of base vit+ FaP ring)
ceasless skip (equip chest piece for first roll)
Firesage skip
*centipede (RTSR GCS)*
*BoC (Tokhi bombs)* bone out
Level: END (around 35 ish)
make your way to 4K
RTSR -> pull lever quitout, equip chest and arms of stone set, estoc -> 4 backsteps then R1
equip abyss ring on elevator
seal skip
*2K RTSR moveswap blossom* 3x running attack -> moveswap + R1 on death hitbox
talk to the snek SAY YES
rest at the lorvessel (take no other bonfire anymore) warp to AL
dupe soul of sif twice on each elevator
duke skip
Kill the lizards in the crystal cave
*seath (RTSR GCS)*
use soul of sif, bone out
upgrade to +4, level some VIT, warp to firelink
go to nito
*pinwheel (RTSR moveswap)*
kill lizard
*nito* bone out
Upgrade to +5, level up more vit (26 should be your max)
offer lord souls
get into RTSR range by tanking a running attack from the first knight (at 20 VIT with less then 3 soft humanity equip chest piece)
destroy gwyn with parries and repostes (RTSR and hornet ring)
Quitout when the sword of gwyn bounces off the ground, this spawns you outside of the boss room.
