- 600 ml water
- 500g white sugar
- 20g fresh ginger
- 10g dried wintergreen
- 8g cloves
- 8g star anise
- 6g ceylon cinnamon
- 3g allspice
- 3g licorice
- 3g sarsaparilla
- 2g peppercorns
- 1g juniper berries
- 1g cardamom
- 1g coriander
- 1/2 kernel of nutmeg, cracked
- 250 ml plum juice
- 100 ml black cherry juice
- 60 ml raspberry saccharum
- 30 ml blackberry saccharum
- 30 ml lemon oleo-saccharum
- 30 ml orange oleo-saccharum
- 20 ml molasses
- 10 ml caramel syrup
- 30 ml almond extract
- 30 ml vanilla extract
- Infuse spices into syrup of sugar and water. Mix with remaining ingredients
- Makes 1.5 L of syrup. Mix with 7.5 L of carbonated water for soda
