If you are new to staff, every week before the meeting, we nominate members to be promoted within the community, and go over them during the meeting. There are some requirements for nomination other than the player being an outstanding member. They must not be a Veteran Member, they must not be a Novice Recruit (we go over those in the meeting), and they must not have been promoted last week (the exception are individuals within the Novice ranks). In any event, please make sure your nominations are not on this list.
