PROTONVPN'S NEW FREE PLAN:

@ProtonVpn the new proton free plan (i used it as backup vpn) sucks compered to what you offered (wich was about average):

Pros:
1 Romania and Poland so +2 countries

Cons:
1 You cannot choose what server (i use it for geo blocking and lootblox stuff but since there are servers in my country it will most likely connect to my own country since its faster but thats not what i want.... now you can get the correct vountry by hoping on the change server button luck but most likely i need to press ot a few times and there is a 1,5 minute cooldown??)
2 profiles are not on the free plan anymore (also one of the only (semi-)unique features proton had)
3 the stealth protocol on windows is removed?? (In general for all plans, but i did not need that but still..... proton) (edit: it is still free on the android app but not on the windows app anymore??????)
4 moderate NAT on pc is not in the free plan anymore (the mobile version was never free from what i remember but on pc it was)
5 one of the only unique features of the free plan compered to the competitors was the "VPN accelerator" but thats also removed from the free plan now.....
6 custom dns.... A BASIC FEATURE ANY (DECENT) VPN SHOULD HAVE INCLUDING FREE ONES (and most of them do...) but owww wait PROTON REMOVED IT FROM THE FREE PLAN
7 split tunnel IS LITTERALLY A BASIC FEATURE IN ANY VPN AND EVEN ALL FREE VPNS THAT EXIST.... ITS A BASIC FEATURE PROTON.....!!!  IS ALSO REMOVED FROM THE FREE PLAN..


So the free plan basically became useless they should have just removed it if this is the route that they are taking....

To clearify i tried the android new free plan when it was still in beta like 2 months ago at that time only the country selection wasn't free anymore wich may be the worst of all cons but it was one of the only few ones they inplemented at that time in that beta so i emailed them then and i shared my concerns and they took my feedback but instead of following my feedback they just made everything 10x worse

Luckily it was only a backup free vpn but still....

This is REDICILOUS proton like the worst is that basic features such as: country selection, split tunneling and custom dns are locked behind a paywall
