ANTS (Unfinished)

 I want to ask you something. Have you ever known what it’s like to stand on a  cliff? To realize that taking a few steps further would ensure your doom? I live life on the edge of that cliff.  Lots of people like me do, and lots of people like me fall off that cliff every day.  Where people land is the tricky part- it could be  a psychologist’s couch, or in a puddle of blood and bullets.  As for me, I think I’d find myself in Hell.

Maybe I should back up a bit.  My name’s Hank. I worked at what’s now known as “Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza” a few years back. Well, “worked” is a bit of an understatement. I coded the robots that keep the chain running. I had just left university with big ambitions, and little ideas on where I was going in life. Coasting off of retail jobs at gas stations here and there, I managed to get by just fine, until I was contacted by the management of “Fredbear’s Family Diner”

One of the programs I designed in school identified and classified various objects and entities through visual feeds and recognition. After they contacted me on my work, it and a few other programs were sold to the company, and was subsequently installed within their retractable robots. Unfortunately, their asking price was lower than I anticipated, and I saw my work used for the sole purpose of categorizing customers by age group and their status as a convict..
