background: Zach grew up as "the middle child", having an older brother and younger brother. His older brother was expected to do all the physical things, and his younger brother who was counted on to be energetic and willing to help. This left Zach without a job, and eventually grew to be very lazy, and unwilling to pull his weight in group projects, as he was used to never having to help out. His parents had often ignored him when he was younger, instead focusing on their more active children. They never took pride in him, and instead simply rolling their eyes or clicking their tongues when they saw his low exam results. It isn't that he's not clever, he just can't be bothered. As he grew older, he began to realise that he wasn't going to progress anywhere. He had low grades, a few unloyal friends and no encouragement from his family. He tried to pull himself together for his last few years of school, eventually getting decent grades. However, his parents started becoming a little more violent to him, shouting at him, comparing him to his much more successful brothers. He often spent a lot of nights awake, thinking about how he could be better if he was more like his brothers, more hardworking, but when it came round to it, he was too cowardly to face up to the fear of rejection, and gained his sleep in class. But, he took the insults silently, taking his emotions out in a creative way he's always loved; painting. He'd never told anyone about his love and talent for painting, because it would just bring more abuse. Eventually, it became too much. They found his painting, which increased their disapproval of him. So, he simply lay there the next day, pretending to be asleep until they left, before packing his things and leaving for good. He took some money, and was set out for the airport.

personality: Zach is definitely lazy, theres no doubt about that. He only seems to put moderate effort into anything he does. Because of his upbringing, he's grown to believe he's unneeded, which despite being hidden, affects his self-confidence greatly, and is the main reason for him not putting effort in. He seems to have no opinions, but he's a bit of a coward, and won't debate about it unless it's a heated argument. Around his few friends, he had a typically "sleepy" aura, but was seen as quite cute as he was quiet, giggly and generally cuddly. To an outsider, he was seen as kind of an asshole; unwilling to help out, no matter what you told him. He was okay with people thinking that about him, because he didn't want people to be disappointed by his mediocre help. However, he will help in small ways if he isn't asked. He has a huge difficulty when it comes to emotion, and expresses it through visual art such as painting.  He was often labelled as lazy because he tended to sleep a lot during class.

his personality: he's pretty much identical to who he is in real life; thoughtful, hardworking, a little clumsy with his actions and a born leader. he's extremely caring towards his loved ones, and dedicated in his work

how he acts around your character:
in the beginning, he's polite, but doesn't think a lot of him because of how lazy he is. he tends to stay away from him, but doesn't ignore him.
in the middle, he begins to realise how zach's brain works, and how he helps out. he starts to think more highly of him, and starts to interact with him more. he starts developing feelings for him, but brushes it away.
in the end, he realises his feelings are incredibly strong, and becomes quite protective over the comments towards zach. (iF HE DIES; he's positively heartbroken, and shuts himself out. however, for zach's sake, he tries to carry on living, but forever remembers zach <3 )

how your character acts around him:
in the beginning, zach doesn't like him a lot, because he's too perfect. he should hate zach for being his opposite, but he's infuriatingly polite, and won't say a word against him.
in the middle, zach begins to push aside the clashing parts of their personalities, and sees him as the caring, hardworking leader. and one day, he sees him doing something and zach's like "you know what? i think i'm in love". he doesn't try to deny it, but he doesn't embrace it because of his fear of rejection.
 in the end, zach gathers up his courage to attempt to tell namjoon how he feels. he ends up kind of becoming joined to him, trusting him and depending on him to help. it's your typical fluffy relationship. (if he dies; he probably does it for namjoon. he feels no regret in what he does.)

how they met/meet: they meet in the story, probably after they've been taken

* namjoon is the protective boyfriend, who won't let anyone insult him.
* zach is the clingy one, always hugging him, or holding hands or linking arms with him. he's pretty much whipped.
