- If you are from CIS(Russia) or UA try to download VPN and then turn it on and try to launch radar with admin
- In proccess manager remove "smartscreen.exe" proccess
- Uninstall FaceitAntiCheat or ESEA anticheat
- if tip 1 doesnt work, try to uninstall anti-virus by Revo Uninstaller (find in google)

PHASMOPHOPIA SOFT HUB Instruction:

1. Download the archive (Link in higher)
2. Unzip to any folder (Password 1111)
3. Open “vector.exe"(maybe  cryptor will change launcher file name to random symbols after start)

5. After full loading the game press INSERT
